Trust worthy
We searched for our first ever house/flat for more than six months with other agencies. All of them have problems. Streets ahead found very beautiful nice and clean flat with gas cooker and allocated parking space for us as per our requirements and even after that they helped us signing the contract and waited for the final payment as we were delaying for some family reason. They are very professional friendly and helpful specially Mr Cameron. Thanks a lot to finding such a beautiful house to start building our memories with.

Streets Ahead was very helpful in me finding a property to rent, especially George Barnes. He was my primary contact which helped kept me updated each step of the way. On viewing day, he was on time and even helped to get the landlord to the property a bit earlier than scheduled as I was ahead of time heading there. All the process in between were also smooth, i.e. documents required. It was an overall great experience working with Streets Ahead.

Cameron was absolutely the best agent
Cameron was absolutely the best agent out of 9 I have dealt with. I am an estate agetn like him and go the extra mile. He even showed me on whatsapp video call and walked down the road to show me where the tube station was. I will definitely only call Cameron as soon as we are able to travel out of South Africa to the UK again.

Always impressed with Streets Ahead
Always impressed with Streets Ahead. My rental flat was on the market for a matter of days before they rented it out. Nick and his team are excellent, they always spend time to find the right tenants and do so very quickly. Always communicative and responsive. Having used other agents in the area I only use Streets Ahead now!

Selling my house through Streets Ahead My experience of selling my house through Streets Ahead has been 100% positive. They managed to get me a very acceptable offer within a week of taking on my property and I have now exchanged contract five weeks later. Sam who visited me and persuaded me to give them a try, has fulfilled all his promises and then some. Thank you to the whole team who have made this process efficient and painless. They let me without a place to sleep and with a huge financial damage
Cameron Alexander from StreetsAhead has been 3/4 weeks promising a house. He gave me a contract, took full deposit and 1st rent. They helped me to move the utilities accounts to my name and everything. I bought furniture to an entire house. At the moment to enter the house, they realised that the landlord was not aware of any of this. They let me on the street, with a house of furniture, without a place to sleep and said "it is not my problem". I am looking for legal advise on this.
