My wife and I had a great experience moving into our new property, thanks to the process of searching for it and negotiating with Adem. Following up with Enzo with the viewing until I moved in was easy for us. Thank you for the opportunity to rent this home, as we really needed this space.

Excellent customer service, one happy client
Thank you to everyone involved who has made the whole process of finding a tenant easy and efficient from start to finish. Being abroad I have to rely on others and the Streets Ahead team has made this completely painless with very good communication and actions. Credit where it´s due, you have all gone above and beyond my expectations. Should I find myself needing another tenant at any time I´ll be sure to contact Streets Ahead immediately and I would have no reservations about recommending them further.

We used Streets Ahead to sell our home…
We used Streets Ahead to sell our home in South Norwood. The initial sales tactic that was suggested did not work, but the house was sold (a little later than we'd initially been led to believe was likely). The price achieved was within the range that Streets Ahead had estimated. We had chosen Streets Ahead because of the separate sales progression service. However, once we sold it turned-out that they did not seem to have a dedicated sales progressor at the branch. So it felt like I was doing a lot of the work I had assumed the sales progressor would be doing. To make things worse, the main agent dealing with us then left with almost no warning or handover. Our sale went very slowly - it turned-out this was because our buyer was not in a hurry and not engaging. It took a long time for me to realise this and I solved the situation by threatening to pull-out, to force our buyer to start taking action. If Streets Ahead had been a better agent they would have realised the situation earlier and solved it for me, making our move happen earlier and saving me a lot of stress. Overall, I was disappointed with Streets Ahead compared to the service I thought I was going to get. But you could probably do worse - they did get the house sold at a fair price.

Highly Recommend Streets Ahead - Enzo and Gemma
I would highly recommend Streets Ahead Estate Agents when searching for a property to rent in London. I would like to personally thank Enzo for his help and support in securing a flat in London in an extremely competitive market. He was polite, professional and efficient responding to my queries at all times of the day going out of his way to help me secure a property. Knowing I am not from London, Enzo recommend and offered advice on the area and things to do providing me with a well founded knowledge. He has truly gone above and beyond! Emma helped arrange all my paperwork and was extremely efficient and professional. Clear guidance and support was provided by Emma throughout the process of referencing and signing agreements. Emma made this process go smoothly and was willing to help however silly my questions may have been. I feel happy and confident in knowing my property is continuing to be managed by the team at Streets Ahead. Thank you again Enzo and Emma (also Gemma for showing me the property the day after my phone call noting my interest) for your support and hard work I really appreciate it! :)
