Streets Ahead Lettings Purley Zero messages or phone calls received about returning my deposit. I'm doing all the chasing as usual and getting nothing in return. A month after my tenancy ended, holding onto this enormous deposit is criminal in a time of austerity.

Honestly this is the best estate agency I have come into contact with. Even at a point when I was a bit stress up Autumn was so patient and professional in handling my situation. This is the worst agent I have ever…
This is the worst agent I have ever seen. I wanted to rent my flat the Agent Manager viewed the flat, sent me the agreement and then got disappeared. Agent Manager neither replied my call nor my email for month. After a month when I emailed to terminate the agreement then Agent Manager replied that she has a potential tenant who wants to rent the flat. Such a big liar.
