Great Service
The process has been great because the agent, Nailah Cave was great in making me get the property. She called me on the 3rd December and offered me the opportunity to view the property the same day, explained how the process will be should the landlord chose me as the preferred tenant. After been chosen as the preferred tenant, Nailah Cave was communicating with me throughout the process, on the 14th December I got a call from her that I'm all cleared from the reference company Goodlord. Nailah Cave was transparent throughout and she was very professional and respectful. Great service! Regards, Chernor Barrie.

Put Our Health At Risk
Our experience with Streets Ahead started off positive as the letting agent George was very enthusiastic and friendly. However, the property management team have let us down completely. On our move in date we found that the oven was infested with mouse droppings. The engineer they had contracted to come out to fix the stove literally cursed when he saw how much faeces was in there. It took the landlord three months to replace that oven - all he could tell us was that the oven he ordered wasn’t in stock. We’ve asked for a receipt to prove that he ordered it straight away, as is his legal obligation, and we got radio silence. The flat also has a horrific mould problem, to the point where our health has been compromised. When we went to our property manager about this (our third property manager in 9 months), we were assured that she took mould very seriously and would deal with the problem. She came round with the landlord, opened all the windows (including one that you would have to crawl on top of my bed to open) and left. Despite an independent construction worker telling us that this mould was 100% caused by structural issues and that vents needed to be installed, Streets Ahead and our landlord believed that this was due to us not ventilating the flat ourselves. We were then informed that our landlord would not be renewing our contract. So in short, they allowed our landlord to leave us with an oven filled with mouse droppings and a flat infested with mould. They do not care about tenants. Don’t rent with Streets Ahead if you care about your health.

Absolutely excellent customer service experience! The team was very professional, yet warm and friendly. George and Emma made the process extremely easy; they gave simple explanations for scenarios that would otherwise seem complicated. I give them 5/5. Aidan and Joanna at the Purley office were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their indepth knowledge of catchment and amenities was taylored to my requirements almost without me saying. They absolutely understood what I needed and were focussed and time effective showing me excatly what I was looking for. In an age of target driven sales it was a joy to finally meet a team who actually cared about my criteria and were motivated by an eagerness to give me what I needed - cannot reccomend them highly enough.
