My wife and I had a great experience moving into our new property, thanks to the process of searching for it and negotiating with Adem. Following up with Enzo with the viewing until I moved in was easy for us. Thank you for the opportunity to rent this home, as we really needed this space.

Improvement required
Purley Streets Ahead charge the highest commission in the area of all the Agents that I approached. I don't believe this is justified. During negotiations regarding % commission rates it was not pointed out there was a minimum commission fee regardless of the price a property sells for. This information was only buried in the small print of the agreement which I think is very bad customer service. Finally, I was overcharged in the Commission Account bill, which took 12 working days to get refunded. No real sense of urgency. Potential customers need to be aware of these points however hopefully Purley Streets Ahead will take on board any negative reviews in order to improve and provide a better customer service and better value for money.

Excellent experience with Streets Ahead. Enzo and Emma were super helpful throughout and also went out of their way to help me with any extra requests I had. They were refreshingly helpful and honest. Both were helpful and not trying to just make a quick quid off you which is more than I can say about most other Estate Agents!
