The process has been great because the agent, Nailah Cave was great in making me get the property. She called me on the 3rd December and offered me the opportunity to view the property the same day, explained how the process will be should the landlord chose me as the preferred tenant. After been chosen as the preferred tenant, Nailah Cave was communicating with me throughout the process, on the 14th December I got a call from her that I'm all cleared from the reference company Goodlord.
