Wow wow and wow! Denim from Streets Ahead is THE MAN!!
Wow wow and wow!! Denim at Streets Ahead absolutely blew me away with his service. He wasted no time at all in getting my property advertised and promoted. He got me a rental amount even significantly higher than I thought possible and I was amazed at his speed and ability to get things done. He also showed he has great integrity even sometimes sharing information with me that may not work to his advantage. The next time I have business to let then I will be going straight to Denim at Streets Ahead. Thanks so much Denim!! They just can't be bothered!
They just can't be bothered! Tried 4 times to view a flat in thornton heath They never responded and a few weeks later gave me a marketing call I told them I had tried so many times he promised to get back to me Nothing! Week later email for viewing appointment on totally different property that I had not enquired on in any way Flat has been on rightmove since Aug 2023 When I looked last Jun 2024 it was under contract,April 2025 it went back onto rightmove again I asked why,streets ahead said the buyer had withdrawn at exchange with personal problems I did read something on Google about cladding issues so I'm guessing the lady ran a mile Pity because I did like the flat when Brian Macedo sent me all alone to view it that time in Aug 2023 and Brian obviously failed to present my offer at that time Perhaps they just don't want to sell this flat and want to beat some sort of record for how long it is on the market for lol

Over years service level is downgraded
Over years service level is downgraded. Frequent change in management and property manager as an excuse used for delaying and not attending to work. Tenant and Landlord emails are not responded and actioned. Seems ppl working are wasting time and looking for new job and then new property manager takes charge who also does the same. They have activated tariff for everything since last 2 years but service is something they cant provide.

We looking at moving as a family
We looking at moving as a family. Unfortunately the property we were unable to live with the property we find with street ahead as the landlord wanted to under go some relays beyond our time limit. However l have to say the services of George the consultant from Addiscombe branch was expectional through out our search. He was very helpful and understood the type of property we as a family were looking for. And in the words of my 9yr old, He is a very good agent. Thank you George.

Appreciation for amazing estate agent
I would like to say massive thank you for one of the best estate agents that I have ever dealt with named Denim (Lower Addiscombe Road/Croydon branch). He was extremely friendly, approachable, straightforward and what's the most appreciated: honest and reliable. Denim was truly interested in finding us a home and we had his support 100% no matter what. I will definitely make sure I will go back to him if any properties are needed in the future. Denim-thank you for making our experience of house search actually enjoyable instead of dreadful and stressing!

The simplicity in how they dealt with my requirement to find a new tenant. I have been a Landlord dealing with Streets Ahead Crystal Palace for about 15 years and each time I have asked for them to find a new tenant they have always been efficient and responsive, meaning I have little stress and worry getting the properties relet. Enzo and Joshua have been excellent in getting the property relet all within a week of myasking.
