My wife and I had a great experience moving into our new property, thanks to the process of searching for it and negotiating with Adem. Following up with Enzo with the viewing until I moved in was easy for us. Thank you for the opportunity to rent this home, as we really needed this space.

Streets Ahead Crystal Palace
Had the pleasure of working with Kadeem and buying a property in Crystal Palace. He was very responsive from the beginning and helped us get an offer over the line promptly. Throughout the process he remained approachable, which helped alleviate any nerves as this was our first time buying. We had a few set backs from the chain above and he was quick to gain information as to what the problems meant and what this could mean for timelines. We struggled with terminology at times but he was quick to update us on this.

Effective communication and timely processing.

Do not rent through streets ahead
Streets ahead are an immoral and corrupt company, who work with unethical landlords. I would strongly advise renters to avoid this company at all costs. Our experience from start to finish has been awful. We sent our move in monies 2 weeks before our move date, but were contacted the day before saying we hadn’t paid, after this was sorted we moved into an absolutely filthy property, within a week we began having issues with the boiler, and unsafe wiring in the kitchen, it took us having no heating or hot water for a month to have this fixed, during this we had to take days off to stay in for contractors who wouldn’t turn up. We discovered large amounts of black mould behind our entire kitchen units, along with a kitchen window that didn’t open, we asked multiple times to have this looked into and it never happened. Finally getting any of our deposit back has been a struggle, we had to go through the deposit protection agency even to get an email back from our property manager. They are taking money from our deposit despite us leaving the flat in better condition than when we took it on, but we simply don’t have the energy to deal with their company any more. At this point our tenancy ended over a month ago and we still haven’t received our money back.

Unprofessional, unresponsive and unbothered. The worst property managers; particularly for tenants. You have to chase your property manager to get a response; even in EMERGENCIES. Constantly change account and property managers; with no heads up. Currently dealing with Lisandra Pereira and she rarely responds to concerns and reports of broken blinds, non working washing machine and the latest is no lighting on my floor (a health & safety issue). Would strongly advise not using their services; renting or having your property managed by them.

In my recent experience trying to rent in London, Enzo from Streets Ahead Crystal Palace was miles ahead of any other estate agent. I've rented through them in the past and they were helpful and friendly, but this time I had a much longer search and it was so refreshing to have someone helping who was honest about what was going on and responsive.

I spoke to a man call Alex or Alessandro this morning, I explained I need to move to London cause I'm start to work, he refused to help me , because I would be on DSS at first month, he told me to forget his agency because they won't help, Im a working man I always worked but I have to do a course in Brixton before I start my job which is guaranteed and I can prove, feeling discriminated , bad service

5 stars is not enough for Denim
If I could, I would give 100 stars. Found a house in the morning 10am receive a call 2 hours later from Denim (addiscombe croydon) the estate agent, very professional at same time approachable, very efficient helped me with technology to fill all the paperwork, in 2 weeks I got the keys and my problems solved, so massive thanks to Denim impressive service. Best estate agent ever blessings only.
