Poor experiance as a Landlord
I have been a landlord with Streets Ahead for over 5 years and have recently had to stop using them due a huge drop in performance. - Taking days to respond to simple emails. In the end I had to contact the tenant directly to get anything done. - Refusal to use my own Tenancy Agreement and insisting I use theirs at £360+VAT - Reserving £300 from the rental income even though they already reserve funds when work is planned in. - Poor invoicing where funds are reserved with no explanation. To break my contract I had to pay 3 x monthly management fees in advance even though they were completely failing me and the tenant. Since parting ways with Streets Ahead, management of the property has got so much easier and the tenant is happier too.

Streets Ahead Purley facilitated my tenancy in an efficient and timely manner. Kristen was very friendly and helpful all the way from viewing till I signed my tenancy agreement. She and the team were responsive and quick to sort out any issues. The team coordinated all communication between me and the landlord exceptionally well.
