I called after reviewing my proposed renewal and the increase in the annual cover ….the female agent just could not be more helpful she was brilliant not because she reduced the cost of the annual cover but the way she took control of the discussion ….her listening skills were good and she obviously knew her job as we discussed certain areas of my cover which enabled the reduction and consequently gained the sale …how ever I was not only pleased with the reduction but I also learnt more depth of the cover itself
