Just joined and leaving within a month already. No help moving dates for upcoming bill and installation was awful compared to other companys.

Brilliant communication from start to finish especially from the online chat team, I went for the 900mb package at a locked price of £29.99 for 2 years, this can't be matched with any other ISP. I have ran a few tests since installation and have been getting approx 800-870 download and 500-650 upload which is more than sufficient for the cost. I can't recommend them enough as my previous ISP wanted to charge the same price for only 150mb with mid contract price rises. If you are thinking of going with squirrel do it!

actually awful internet. the floor above where its placed gets 11mb download speed despite us getting the best possible package (900mb). save urself and go somewhere else

Every time I want to watch or listen to something it costs more money naturally not explained to me when i signed the Micky mouse contract.

Install was terrible and the actual service isn't much better 200mbps instead of 900

The whole process was so simple I wish I had done it before

On installation the router and WiFi extender needed repairing which then allowed me to change the WiFi on 3 Sky Tv pucks. All sounds so simple but wasn’t at the time. Thanks to Pat and the support team for being very clear, and patient when talking me through the potential changes required- including SKY set up!

Came early which is never a bad thing, they were quick to install and I get get better coverage then I did with KC so I'm very happy at the moment thank you squirrel

When installing it had to tell the installer to either cover his boots or take them off as I have a cream carpet 🤔 after he left i went into the room and brick dust on the carpet still trying to get it out

Changed from MTH to Squirrel, very smooth transition, router arrived when they said it would plugged in and all working on the day they said it would, absolutely no issues customer service has been excellent internet is rock solid and at great price, highly recommend squirrel

No problems. Have had to reset twice but suspect that is more to do with Sky Q than Squirrel.

I was switching over from Virgin to Squirrel and, long story short, because I run a couple of media and gaming servers, I ran into some issues. It was the weekend so I sent an email, intending to phone Monday morning anyway. No need to. I was contacted by Harrison P via email just after nine am and with a little back and forth, they were able to sort my Internet issues with half an hour. I've gotta say it's so refreshing to be able to communicate directly with somebody who can make account adjustments and give technical help promptly amd efficiently. Thank you Harrison P and well done Squirrel, as hiring the right staff is the best base for any business.
