I was switching over from Virgin to Squirrel and, long story short, because I run a couple of media and gaming servers, I ran into some issues. It was the weekend so I sent an email, intending to phone Monday morning anyway. No need to. I was contacted by Harrison P via email just after nine am and with a little back and forth, they were able to sort my Internet issues with half an hour. I've gotta say it's so refreshing to be able to communicate directly with somebody who can make account adjustments and give technical help promptly amd efficiently. Thank you Harrison P and well done Squirrel, as hiring the right staff is the best base for any business.
