Such good communication from start to finish, which was a huge contributing factor to our switch so thank you. Had a slight issue with the placement of our internet by the previous home owners and kcom but they kindly sent the router before the install and the engineer did it all for us. Has installed the box on the wall and it’s is much neater… 10/10 would recommend so far
Simple quick and easy no problems at all says it all really.
It’s really fast and seems to be very reliable. It still astounds me that the first month is just £1 and the next months are £29 and I have been paying £60+ every month.
Had no connection for a week but rang the helpline everyday and the gentleman I spoke to was very polite and patient with me.must have been fed up of hearing my voice to be honest.But I now have Internet so we'll pleased.
I found the experience a seamless one changing from my old broadband company to yourselves. I was assisted to change my email address and kept up to date on all the changes and progress at all times. The installers at Squirrel internet arrived on time and the installation was discussed first. We worked with the installers and engineer to connect us up to the internet Which was done quickly and left no mess. I am now up and running and can’t only speak highly of Squirrel Internet.
So far so good, easy installation, no hiccups.

My contract with sky was coming to an end on July 5th. The only reason I chose to go with squirrel was because of the price difference. Now I understand why it’s so cheap! At the back end of May I decided to go with this company. 6th June an engineer was sent out to check the service could be migrated - great start I thought. I soon received an email on the same day stating that nothing else was required and the internet could be migrated over without a problem…. The end of June arrives and I’m 5days from being without a contract & no communication from squirrel. I contacted them to find out what was going off & was told someone would get back to me that same day - they didn’t. 2 days later, I decide to chase them (again). I received an email back asking if I have a modem in the property, (I had already told them in previous emails that I only have one from sky), no response back. 5th July I chase them again to find out what’s happening in a panic my internet was going to be cut off. They got back to me asking me the same questions about the modem and they will need to arrange an engineer visit, the earliest they could do was 17th July. 🤦♀️ I’ve never known anything like it. I was seeking a cheaper broadband within plenty of time to get it sorted before my contract ran out with Sky, you’d think 2 months notice would have been enough but clearly not. Upon explaining to sky the current situation they are now going to match squirrels offer & have been very apologetic for my experience throughout just needing a very simple swap over! I never had such a palaver when I switched from BT to sky a few years ago. The modem was sent out simply to plug into an already existing line & it was up and running. Squirrel said they need to use a £5000 tool in order to plug it in so god knows what they was intending to do - nothing was made clear aside from the fact they don’t communicate between each other, & clearly don’t seem to know what they are doing. I cancelled my order today as it just seems to be so difficult and stressful. Very poor customer service from the off, took 2 months of talking & still nothing was done. If i was you I’d stick with the providers that know what they’re doing!!
Really quick and easy transition to a new provider. The company who came to put in the cable to the house etc were really efficient and tidy and installing the new router was very simple.

I can not thank Patrick from customer services enough for getting my issue and repair to my internet line sorted, part of a tree near by had fallen taking my internet cable down with it, the following day the engineers where here to repair it lovely punch of lads can’t fault this company for their fast response, thanks again guys

I could not rate this enough, my house is a black spot and we struggle to even get mobile phone data at the best of times. But the squirrel provider is absolutely fantastic and we haven't noticed any black spots through the house at all.
Kept me updated, came on time made no mess.
The gentlemen who came to set everything up were very polite and considerate. Kept me informed of the progress
