Misled over vehicle type used

Misled over vehicle type used. Booked bike and recieved van, as a result delivery failed as courier arrived too late. Motorboke courier was requested for this reason! Not advised of vehicle type. Penalised by the Speedys inability to provide service required.

They answered the phone well and were…

They answered the phone well and were able to trace drivers and respond to queries but they were not able to deliver the service promised. We specifically requested a motorbike as we knew it had to get through central London at rush hour but they brought a huge van. Ultimately the van arrived a day late when we specifically requested same-day urgent delivery.

Ordered door to door emergency…

Ordered door to door emergency expecting a motorbike within about 30 minutes. A van turned up 1 1/2 hous later. Whilst I realise that they can substitute vehicles, I was informed that the van was the nearest vehicle that is why it was selected. Their online chat is flaky and although the telephone operator answered the phone on the 2nd attempt (1st call cut off), I was told they would 'phone back with an ETA. They never did. The online status reporting again is flaky and details were logged way after the event

Unrealiable and rude service - STAY AWAY

I booked this courier to collect and deliver a package in north london. When the driver notified me that he was delivering the item there was noone at home to receive the package so I instructed the driver to leave it in a safe place which has never been a problem before. The driver agreed and I assumed the job completed. On arriving home the package was nowhere to be found and they returned it to where it was collected WITHOUT any notification. We contact the company and was addressed by the rudest service agent. Never have I ever been spoken to by anyone in such a manner. The tone and way I was addressed is unacceptable and no one should ever been spoken to like that. They provided no resolution and basically ignored all my requests, failed to deliver a service which i paid for and treated me appallingly. Please, if you are expecting to receive a good service and be treated like a human being DO NOT use this company.

From the initial phone call i asked the gentlemans name who answered the call and he refused to give it , not the best start I lost any confidence i had going into the enquiry that this would be the company for us

I was relieved the item arrived but...

I was relieved the item arrived at the destination, however, I was riddled with anxiety verging on a panic attack for most of the afternoon. The driver I was assured would arrive within 45 minutes, and granted, the company phoned to advise, the driver arrived an hour and 15 minutes late, totalling a waiting time of 2 hours. The package needed to arrive early afternoon so I was panicking it wouldn’t get there on time as it wa now about 3pm. I was assured the item would arrive around 5pm. At 6pm, there was no update and I couldn’t get through to anyone at the office to check where the driver was and what was happening. The answer phone said someone would call back (I’ve left 3 messages and over a week on, I still haven’t had a phone call). Now panicking that the driver had gone awol with a very important package, half an hour later, the tracking service was finally updated to say the package had been delivered an hour and a half before. To this day, I haven’t had any after care service apart from this review link!! Anyway! I wouldn’t use them again, unless I wanted to give myself a heart attack.

Poor service

After speaking on the phone to Stuart who guaranteed a pick up time within 40 minutes and by motorcycle I thought it would be an efficient service. I continued to make the payment online in which the summary stated motorcycle 20/30 minute pick up. Half an hour later I get a phone call from the driver saying he’s an hour away in a large van. I phone the company 4 times to speak to Stuart, 1 week later I am still waiting for his telephone call. The delivery guy was 5 stars however the service was poor, I wouldn’t recommend it for a same day service under a tight schedule.
