Speedy SameDay Courier is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and reliable, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.
Misled over vehicle type used. Booked bike and recieved van, as a result delivery failed as courier arrived too late. Motorboke courier was requested for this reason! Not advised of vehicle type. Penalised by the Speedys inability to provide service required.
Outstanding service, if you need something delivered fast for the most competitive price, use these guys. Thank you!

needed to get a contract document delivered to central London that afternoon, phoned three couriers, this firm was more expensive but sounded more positive than the others,. They collected and delivered well within the quoted times , good service, will use them again.

Booked a same day Motorcycle courier with a guaranteed collection time from between 30/60mins. After having to contact them rather than them call to say there was a delay the driver finally arrived 30mins late. Not only that he arrived in a van and not the motorcycle I had booked. (purposely picked a motorcycle because it would cut through the traffic quicker, probably why he turned up 30mins late!) When I rang to complain the woman on the end of the phone stated we cant be just 5 mins away (didn't want them to be, 1 hour would have been good!!) All she was interested in was stating nothing is guaranteed and to check the terms and conditions. Also said they can not guarantee the vehicle, so when you book a motorcycle collection beware any thing could arrive from an articulated lorry to a rickshaw!! Parcel finally arrived at destination 3 1/2 hours after collection Journey normally takes roughly 2 1/2 hours Needless to say I shall not be using this company again and would strongly advise if you were thinking of using them to think again. You have been warned!!
