Was a very nice experience to chat w the rep plus advisor on what I was able to get added into my insurance package

In the beginning everything was perfect and than scammers got involved and everything changed I started getting billed twice a month, that was not in the agreement. I'm trying to make a payment to them right here so I know I'm not getting scammed or hung up on again when I question the thieves as always. I'm really getting tired of all this crap. I can't trust them when they call me anymore or even by email they copy everything so watch out.

The agent explained everything for me and took her time and answered all of my questions.I would recommend this company.

I called only for a quote. Your agent was so through that I went with your company. I spent 1 hour and 15 minutes on the phone, because all my questions were answered.

LITERALLY A SCAM. somehow got my phone number, work number, full name. I have never filled any information or have asked for any information. I have received more than 50 calls in one week. When asking to speak to a manager, or asking how they got my info, I was hung up on. 50 TIMES. TAKE ME OFF THIS CRAP AND STOP CALLING ME!!!!!

I still have not received a written copy nor emailed copy of my policy. Told I have 10 days to look it over but have not received it as of yet.

The representative is very polite Seemed to be pretty knowledgeable about the product , they made me feel comfortable and confident in what I was purchasing , and they helped me find what suited my situation best

I had a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and quiet knowledgeable about insurance and was able to fit me with a suitable plan

I was given a quote for a policy and then 2 weeks later was told they changed my rating and wanted $80 more a month for my policy
