Half way through my Invisalign and started the whitening process, already noticing the difference! Met with Jerome to discuss dates and payment options, who was really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Looking forward to my composite bonding with Dr Affan to complete my dream smile end of June. So far can’t recommend enough. Definitely worth my 3 hour journey each way for the best!

I cannot fault space dental the staff was lovely and friendly! I had dr zeb which did an amazing set of composites on my teeth! My brace did come loose behind (due to me having small Seth before my procedure) they got me back in straight away and fitted me a new one for free! Thanks guys definitely recommend

Cannot recommend Space Dental enough! Had the most amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Dr Affan was beyond incredible and made the whole journey start to finish stunning. Tonia who did my X-rays went above and beyond to answer any questions I had and put my mind at ease completely adding such a joy to the whole experience. I feel like I really hit the jackpot with the most amazing team. And my teeth are unreal. 11/10. New found confidence, cannot wait to come back for my bottom teeth doing next year!

I have always been extremely self conscious of my teeth, but so afraid of the dentist so to take that step in getting them done was a big challenge for myself. I had the consultation back in April 2025, and the professional of the staff put me straight at ease. I needed fillings done before any cosmetic work and this is what I was dreading, but honestly it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The staff from the receptionists, to the hygienist, to treatment co-ordinators and the main man himself dr Afhan. I’d like to thank you so much for changing my smile. Shout out to jade the dental nurse that was helping me all the way through, dr Nicole who did my fillings. If you’re thinking about getting your teeth done. Look no further than space dental!

I have had a few appointments with the Hygienist Tara, she is so professional, calming, and understanding all the way through. Reassuring you from begining to the end. So happy so far with everyone and the treatments I have had. Looking forward to my end results.

I am yet another person who never writes reviews, especially not a bad one but this place is beyond belief and people need to be aware of the mistreatment they will receive. Similar to the other reviewer previously, bombarded with messages, pushy selling technique, demanding full payment in exchange of a child like incorrect invoice. Paid in full the first week of October 2024, yet to complete the treatment. I have been left to my devices for months, snotty, petronising messages when required assistance. The last stunt they pulled was a booked appointment on the 17th March, making me wait an hour in an empty practice, chatting away , not informing the dentist that I arrived. I missed countless family occasions, work commitments, had to cancel professional meetings/lectures including 100s of people so I could sit and watch reception chatting away, not once. I was due to have a phone call in a couple of days back in March, a month on I was offered an appointment yet another month away!! Practically making me wait 2 months for 1 appointment. I do not question my £4300 for the treatment. I question the professionalism, timekeeping and just frankly being treated with respect. I have minimum another 2 months on my treatment IF someone/anyone bothers to see me any time soon and treats me. Go and find a place where they treat you right.

I never ever write reviews, especially not negative ones, but my experience with space dental has been TERRIBLE. Initially I enquired via Instagram on one of their posts and expressed my interest in composite bonding, I wanted to know about the procedure and price range etc. Thereafter I was constantly bombarded multiple times a day with phone calls, messages and emails, so after a few weeks I caved and booked a consultation- All the staff there were really helpful, really polite and friendly at my initial consultation so I decided to book the treatment and paid for everything in full on the day, this was a BIG BIG mistake. A few days later I sent a message requesting an itemised receipt to show a break down of what I’d paid for and what treatments where going to be taking place etc, I received a reply 4 days later saying that because I hadn’t had any of my treatments I wasn’t allowed a copy of my receipt, (this was utter nonsense and after speaking to someone else who works at space dental they told me this was nonsense and it was a mistake on their behalf, but nobody messaged or rang to apologise to me) my messages to space dental questioning this response were ignored. I had my second appointment with the hygienist booked in but unfortunately due to there being an accident on the road on the way there I messaged to say I was going to be too late to get there, I apologised and asked to reschedule, I received a very patronising snotty message offering a 30 minute delayed appointment which I still wouldn’t have been able to get too, and it also said I had to pay a ‘fine’ of £120 for missing my appointment as I hadn’t ’complied’ with the policy, I was spoken too in these messages like a naughty primary school student, BUT nevertheless I apologised for missing my appointment as I know it’s inconvenient for them but the situation was out of my hands, also I was totally unaware there would be a charge for missing an appointment, I was then met with further snotty messages saying that it’s made ‘prevalent’ upon receiving my treatment plan, which was funny as I’d never received my treatment plan, I hadn’t received anything from space dental other than a digital receipt just stating the amount I had paid as I ‘wasn’t allowed’ as said previously, Furthermore I was told I wasn’t allowed to book any further appointments until the fine had been paid. This left a bad taste in my mouth but I offered to pay the charge to be able to rebook my appointment, this message was ignored and I was left for THREE WEEKS, them having all my money and offering no correspondence from anyone. Obviously after all this mistreatment I decided I didn’t want to proceed with my treatment and was referred to a lady in management, I believe, so I could get a refund, or come to a better arrangement, this was also a useless service as I made arrangements to have a follow up call with her, she was over an hour late on the agreed time in ringing me so I became busy and couldn’t take the call, she left a message to say she would contact me the next day to check in with me, shock horror, she didn’t.. and then left it for over a week until I had to rang up myself to speak to someone to request my money back. I’ve finally received a refund but not before the owner of the business Dr Affan, in my opinion, basically offered me hush money to continue my journey with them, he stated he would ‘review the prices’ this was highly insulting as I explained to him it was never about the money, I was more than happy to pay how much I paid, it was about the service I received, and guess what.. not even the owner of the business personally replied to my message, so that just goes to show what kind of place this is.. I’m really disappointed with this business as they’ve acted so unprofessional, rude, patronising, lazy and haven’t apologised to me once for the misinformation and mistakes they’ve made, it seems that this place only care about getting your money and once they have, they make very minimal effort to follow up with you, I feel they don’t care about you as a patient and the service they provide or their attitude towards you, once you have paid they will not go out of their way to provide care and support for you, the way I was spoken too was beyond a joke and I genuinely haven’t experienced this level of unprofessional behaviour before.

After seeing two other dentists in Sheffield who were pushing me towards getting crowns, I decided to book a consultation with Space Dental — and I’m so glad I did! From start to finish, the experience has been absolutely amazing. All the staff are incredibly friendly and polite, making me feel comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Ihab was fantastic — so patient, really listened to what I wanted, and took the time to understand the look I was aiming for. I had composite bonding done in March, and he gave me the Hollywood smile I had been dreaming of, shaping each tooth exactly how I envisioned. Huge thank you to Dr. Ihab and the whole team — your service has been exceptional!

The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and made me feel at ease the moment I stepped through the door. A special shout-out goes to Dr. Hamed, who did an outstanding job with my treatment. His attention to detail, expertise, and gentle approach made the entire process so smooth and comfortable. I am really pleased with the results—it’s clear he takes pride in his work and truly cares about his patients.
