Crammed into a taxi outbound with 2 other customers with 8 pieces of luggage - not a good start. The company bus was broken down. On return I text the company 45 minutes before disembarking using phone number provided. Unable to locate pick up point flag in the car park. Discovered eventually by accident as another group of 8 people had been waiting since 7am, it was now 7.25. I rang again to be told their driver was 5 minutes away. At 7.40 we jumped in a taxi at a cost of £15. On arrival car was ready but no care shown at all to our situation. On drive home received a call that we had messaged the wrong phone number and we had stood in the wrong place at the wrong time. Total amateurs. Never again.

Simple and clear instructions at every…
Simple and clear instructions at every stage from dropping off our car to collection at the terminal on arrival home. Location easy to find. Transport with cases to terminal well organised. Once home received text messages with instructions and company responded to keep us informed of collection. Car ready for us when needed so a swift service with easy drive out of the docks.

Great service!
Great service! Was easy to find. Dropped car and we were taken to the terminal straight away. On return, we received a number of text messages giving clear instructions, and we were transported back for our car within 15-20 mins of walking out of the terminal. Can not fault the service we received

Nice bunch of guys to deal
Nice bunch of guys to deal with dropped of at cruise terminal on time and picked up promptly on our return we did drop our luggage off first at the cruise terminal before parking the car which was a good decision due to vehicles not having much luggage room but can't fault the guys

First time using this service
First time using this service for a Southampton cruise, cheaper than parking onsite. Completely missed the drop off point and ended up driving around for 10 minutes until I phoned them and realised we went straight past it and missed the signs on the building. Transfer to cruise was quick but the pick up is a little unorganised at the cruise drop off point. Overall the service was good and a lot cheaper then parking onsite, will use again for my next cruise.

Great choice for Cruise parking
Very easy to find, staff really helpful, quick turnaround after drop off and transfer to ocean terminal. Prompt answer when advising we had returned. Really helpful loading luggage and back to the car quickly. Staff waiting with keys. Couldn't fault anything.

Our experience was great because we didn't have to wait around while someone came to take or get us to or from the cruise ship. Absolutely no waiting at all. The driver was so helpful too, I would recommend this company to anyone. Thankyou to you all. Keep up the good work. 👍
