Crammed into a taxi outbound with 2 other customers with 8 pieces of luggage - not a good start. The company bus was broken down. On return I text the company 45 minutes before disembarking using phone number provided. Unable to locate pick up point flag in the car park. Discovered eventually by accident as another group of 8 people had been waiting since 7am, it was now 7.25. I rang again to be told their driver was 5 minutes away. At 7.40 we jumped in a taxi at a cost of £15. On arrival car was ready but no care shown at all to our situation. On drive home received a call that we had messaged the wrong phone number and we had stood in the wrong place at the wrong time. Total amateurs. Never again.

Good manner with Heidi very helpful and is a nice change to see a director of a company taking the time to deal with the customer rather than expecting others to do the work. I have only booked so far so will update when i have used the facility

Would highly recommend this company
Woul highly recommend this company, Very easy to find, got us a private taxi to take us to the port due to P&O incompetence gridlocking Southampton. Disembarking was also a breeze, a telephone call directed us to the blue flag in the drop off zone and a driver was there waiting. A 10 minute ride and we were collecting our car. Perfect Service.

Drop off swift collection bit misjointed
It was easy to locate the drop off location and we was swiftly taken to the cruise terminal. On return we contacted the company who explained that we needed to find the Blue flag this could possible lead to confusion as it had lots of people around waiting and by chance I heard the man on the phone and followed him and others. This felt a little disjointed however the staff was extremely polite and helpful myself and wife couldn't get in the vehicle and waited for him to return which wasn't very long I think once they are established a bigger vehicle that could accommodate more luggage and people may be required as on his return another couple joined and with us and them the vehicle was once again full . Would I use this company again yes but I generally use another and they are my first choice I do wish this company well and hope it grows.

Couldn't fault this company went seamlessly from the moment we left our car to the moment we picked it up to leave. I just hope that you will be as efficient when you get a lot busier because you will get a lot busier. It's just nice not having to worry about your car.

Easy to find parking straight onto mini bus to ship terminal . On return we texted to say we were leaving boat man was waiting for us a the blue flag he helped us with our luggage. Slight delay getting car keys

Easy parking experience
This was really easy, staff were very friendly, put us at ease with how it all worked and what to do when we arrived back, everything was smooth which is just what we wanted at the start and end of the holiday, we would definitely use this service again

Easy parking - great little company
Highly recommend this company. Easy enough to find, busy drop off but smooth & efficient. About a 5-10 minute drive to the port, dropped off right by boarding. Very friendly driver. Return was exceptional. We left the boat at 8, straight in to a waiting minibus. Driver was lovely - chatty, friendly and helpful. Car was ready & waiting when we got there. Guys at the car place also really nice, made sure we checked the car over and were happy before we left. All in all a great experience and we would use this company again and again

Excellent Service
Cannot fault them ! Excellent communication throughout . Pick and drop off was really good . Used to travel to Cruise terminal for week holiday . When one driver said they had only been operating 8 weeks my first thought was Oh no I'll have no car on my return from a cruise ! But how wrong can you be everything went brilliantly ! Would definitely recommend and will be happy to use again !

Good cruise parking.
We used this company a week ago to park while we were on our week's cruise on The Anthem of the Seas. The process to drop our car was very simple. It's a new company, operating for about 9 weeks so far. The staff were very friendly. They took pictures of our car and we had to park outside first for them to later park our car in the sheltered warehouse. A shuttle was waiting to drop us to the cruise terminal with all our luggage. It was a very timely process and the shuttle driver was very friendly, the drive was approximately 9 minutes. On returning from our cruise we made a call to say we were waiting and we got collected and driven to where our vehicle was. They were expecting us so our car was taken out already. The staff were very helpful when we were having problems fitting our suitcases in the boot, they helped make them all fit. We will definately use this company again.
