Crammed into a taxi outbound with 2 other customers with 8 pieces of luggage - not a good start. The company bus was broken down. On return I text the company 45 minutes before disembarking using phone number provided. Unable to locate pick up point flag in the car park. Discovered eventually by accident as another group of 8 people had been waiting since 7am, it was now 7.25. I rang again to be told their driver was 5 minutes away. At 7.40 we jumped in a taxi at a cost of £15. On arrival car was ready but no care shown at all to our situation. On drive home received a call that we had messaged the wrong phone number and we had stood in the wrong place at the wrong time. Total amateurs. Never again.

Great service for cruise parking
Good instructions for arrival at parking lot Transfer to cruise ship was efficient driver very nice and helpful dropped off very close to ship .return was excellent He has just arrived so no waiting car was ready and waiting for us they loaded our cases in boot. Would definitely use again.

First time using this service
First time using this service to head off on a cruise. Check in was easy, the staff were helpful and efficient. Very little wait to get us on the mini bus and to our terminal. From seeing what the terminal was like to park there ourselves (absolute chaos), we were very glad we'd chosen this service to park outside of the terminal and have this company take us into the terminal. Instructions for our disembarkation were clear and well communicated. The team were responsive to my messages when confirming we were off the ship. Mini bus arrived within 10 minutes and we were soon back to our car which was ready and waiting for us. Quick check out with the team, very happy with their service.

Easy to find drop off point, comfy and clean transfer vehicle and very knowledgable, friendly and helpful staff in the office and on the taxi. Return collection was prompt again with comfy clean taxi. Car waiting for me. Fantastic service highly recommended.

The ease of leaving the car was brilliant. We arrived at the drop off point. As being disabled, they drove us to the ship and then took my car to be parked up. On arrival back , one quick phone call and my car was brought back to us. Brilliant service, lovely staff. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Really good service
Really good service, these Guys really communicated well, drop off was straight forward. We received a text the night before to arrange a collection time, they picked us up at 645 straight back to the car. DEFINITELY my go to for all future trips.
