Crammed into a taxi outbound with 2 other customers with 8 pieces of luggage - not a good start. The company bus was broken down. On return I text the company 45 minutes before disembarking using phone number provided. Unable to locate pick up point flag in the car park. Discovered eventually by accident as another group of 8 people had been waiting since 7am, it was now 7.25. I rang again to be told their driver was 5 minutes away. At 7.40 we jumped in a taxi at a cost of £15. On arrival car was ready but no care shown at all to our situation. On drive home received a call that we had messaged the wrong phone number and we had stood in the wrong place at the wrong time. Total amateurs. Never again.

Reasonable price, but look out for emails in your spam folder
The parking information was clear, the price seemed reasonable and booking was straightforward. The only frustrating thing was that I received a discount code when I created an account but the email got caught in my spam folder. Once I discovered it I found that it could have been used on that booking (not just a future booking), but by then I had already paid. So that cost me a saving of £21.25.

Decent service. Would likely use again
Decided to use this new start up for a recent 2 week cruise. Drove around for 5” looking for the place - signage definitely needs to be better. However once found we were transferred to the terminal within 10”. On our return we were berthed at a different terminal and the port was incredibly busy with 3 large cruise liners in and circa 10,000 passengers disembarking. Communication from the company via text worked well and we were collected after about 15”’wait time. Would definitely consider using again, the financial saving against the more established CPS is definitely worth the short wait.

A great service
A great service provided. We were later than planned but it was no problem. I had forgotten to text our details through the day before but they still promptly picked us up when we texted. I would highly recommend. Staff are friendly and approachable.

An excellent service from start to…
An excellent service from start to finish. Adapted to changes via text message very effectively. I would advise booking direct -it is straightforward and takes a third party out of the equation if there are last minute adjustments to be made. Totally professional and polite. We also took advantage of an on site valet of our car while we away. Jay did an amazing job and obviously takes pride in his work. It was a transformation! We had no waiting around at all either on departure or arrival. I will definitely be using them again.

It's new and may not be polished, but the best service ever.
It was a new company so I was nervous but booked through holiday extras so had confidence. On arrival was a little nervous still as it was clear they only just started up. And the building infrastructure was still under works. That said the service was the best I have ever used, even compared with airport services with 19+ years of operation. The staff were really nice offering facilities and comfort. They really cared even when my wife was vaping in the rain, they offered a dry place. they carefully checked our car over and logged milage we both agreed. Then they moved our luggage. The transfer was immediate and individual, not a bus but a private 7 seater. On return one call and the van was waiting for us as we got off the ship. It dropped us outside the building and our car was waiting out front, and a guy had the keys. He asked me.to check my. Vehicle then we simply lifted our luggage between the vehicles and they waved us away. I'm blown away how slick it was from ship to driving my car in about 8 or 9 minutes. Thank you for an amazing service I will 100% use again and recommend

Park & Transfer to Ocean Terminal
Staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of communication by text. Fantastic service. Only problem was finding them. The signs on the building need to be better. Maybe just us as we don't know the area very well but we passed a couple of times before finding them.
