Crammed into a taxi outbound with 2 other customers with 8 pieces of luggage - not a good start. The company bus was broken down. On return I text the company 45 minutes before disembarking using phone number provided. Unable to locate pick up point flag in the car park. Discovered eventually by accident as another group of 8 people had been waiting since 7am, it was now 7.25. I rang again to be told their driver was 5 minutes away. At 7.40 we jumped in a taxi at a cost of £15. On arrival car was ready but no care shown at all to our situation. On drive home received a call that we had messaged the wrong phone number and we had stood in the wrong place at the wrong time. Total amateurs. Never again.

The easiest parking experience we have had in Southampton
Easy to find straight off the motorway and has the benefit of your car not being driven miles away from the port as it is kept in an indoor warehouse. The staff were very friendly and offered a free port transfer via a minibus straight from our car to the cruise ship which was 10 mins away. On the way back the port transfer minibus was waiting for us as soon as we came out of the port. Excellent service all round.

Brilliant service from drop off to…
Brilliant service from drop off to collection, well organised, staff polite and friendly . Made it stress free even when the arrival Dock changed the staff were aware and ready. Would definitely recommend.

We were very happy with this service
We were very happy with this service, we were collected promptly from the ship and taken to our car which was ready and waiting. Instructions were clear via text of what to do once we arrived back in Southampton. We would use this parking again in the future.

Handy off site parking and car kept…
Handy off site parking and car kept safely. Only thing needing attention is the frequency off their shuttle buses. We waited much longer than stated outbound and inbound which when your tired, the waiting around is too much. Staff very polite and helpful.

Friendly and efficient service
Answered the phone promptly, gave good directions, turnaround from arriving to being dropped off at the cruise terminal with luggage was really quick. Friendly and efficient staff. Clear instructions via text on return and again a speedy pick-up with luggage and return to car that was waiting for onward drive home. The only issue we had was not down to SCPS, but, due to Holiday Extras via whom we booked. It proved time consuming to successfully update the car details via Holiday Extras website, as we had to change cars between booking in February and travelling in July. Had to use HE website as links from the email did not work. Would definitely recommend and use SCPS sgain..
