Crammed into a taxi outbound with 2 other customers with 8 pieces of luggage - not a good start. The company bus was broken down. On return I text the company 45 minutes before disembarking using phone number provided. Unable to locate pick up point flag in the car park. Discovered eventually by accident as another group of 8 people had been waiting since 7am, it was now 7.25. I rang again to be told their driver was 5 minutes away. At 7.40 we jumped in a taxi at a cost of £15. On arrival car was ready but no care shown at all to our situation. On drive home received a call that we had messaged the wrong phone number and we had stood in the wrong place at the wrong time. Total amateurs. Never again.

Excellent service From start to finish Checked car over Took a video All very professional Young man by the name of Jay was extremely polite and nothing was too much trouble. Jay also cleaned our car and it’s the cleanest it’s ever been so well worth the £20 we paid. I would highly recommend this service .

Excellent Service, good value and reliable…
We recently used Southampton Cruise services for car parking and transfer to the Sky Princess at the QEII terminal. The team were really polite and helpful and the service was extremely smooth with a prompt transfer to the port. The return pick up was just as good, we followed the guidance in the text and the same friendly driver arrived quickly to collect us. The office is only a short drive from the port, and our car was ready and waiting on our return. We would definitely recommend to other customers and will use Southampton Cruise Services again for any future cruise.

Southampton Cruise Parking Services
Just used SCPS for parking for our 2 week cruise. Easily booked, clear instructions, handover on arrival smooth they checked the car over took several photos and after a short wait dropped us off right at the terminal. Probably 25 mins from arrival at car park to getting to arrivals hall at the port. On return, rang as I was coming off ship and only had to wait 2 minutes at pick up point until Gary collected us. Another minute wait for car to be brought out. All staff were extremely pleasant and process was painless. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future

Highly recommend.
Really impressed with the level of service from everyone here. Received clear instructions for getting to the car drop off location, and what to do when arriving back in Southampton: alert half an hour in advance, which is easy to do as cruise company keep to time, and mobile signal is available again. Really friendly, polite, respectful team from dropping the car off, transfer to the cruise terminal, transfer back from the cruise terminal (we didn’t have to wait long at all, despite it being a busy area, two minutes maybe?) and collecting the car again. Would really recommend if you haven’t booked parking directly with your cruise company. Thanks guys!

Excellent service from start to finish…
Excellent service from start to finish and at an affordable price. Contact details given were correct and, when required, were promptly answered/replied too. Postcode provided allowed SatNav to take me straight to premises without any issues. Was also reassured where car was to be stored onsite. 5 minute transfer on arrival and on return pick up was provided within 10 minutes. Will definitely use service again in the future. Keep up the excellent service!
