It's new and may not be polished, but the best service ever.
It was a new company so I was nervous but booked through holiday extras so had confidence. On arrival was a little nervous still as it was clear they only just started up. And the building infrastructure was still under works. That said the service was the best I have ever used, even compared with airport services with 19+ years of operation. The staff were really nice offering facilities and comfort. They really cared even when my wife was vaping in the rain, they offered a dry place. they carefully checked our car over and logged milage we both agreed. Then they moved our luggage. The transfer was immediate and individual, not a bus but a private 7 seater. On return one call and the van was waiting for us as we got off the ship. It dropped us outside the building and our car was waiting out front, and a guy had the keys. He asked me.to check my. Vehicle then we simply lifted our luggage between the vehicles and they waved us away. I'm blown away how slick it was from ship to driving my car in about 8 or 9 minutes. Thank you for an amazing service I will 100% use again and recommend
