Excellent service
Crammed into a taxi outbound with 2 other customers with 8 pieces of luggage - not a good start. The company bus was broken down. On return I text the company 45 minutes before disembarking using phone number provided. Unable to locate pick up point flag in the car park. Discovered eventually by accident as another group of 8 people had been waiting since 7am, it was now 7.25. I rang again to be told their driver was 5 minutes away. At 7.40 we jumped in a taxi at a cost of Β£15. On arrival car was ready but no care shown at all to our situation. On drive home received a call that we had messaged the wrong phone number and we had stood in the wrong place at the wrong time. Total amateurs. Never again.

We used Southampton Cruise Parking Services for the first time because our regular Service was fully booked. We found the service to be good and we didnβt have any problems. Upon arrival we thought it was a little bit disorganised however we were soon taken care of and on our way. When we arrived back collection was very good with only a short wait. We would use them again the only downside for us was we thought their prices were little to expensive however the car is stored under cover and was not covered in seagull droppings upon our return.

We were recommended this parking option by our travel agent. We were met on arrival and a video recording was taken of our car and the milage recorded. Our luggage was loaded into a minibus and we were taken to the cruise terminal. The driver unloaded luggage and told us where to take it and where to check in. He then told us where to wait for pick up when we returned. On return, we rang the company and the driver was very soon with us to return to the car park, where our car was waiting for us. We had no issues at all and were pleased with our service.

Easy to find slightly off putting by outside of building.However great service less then 5 minutes to Cunard terminal on your return ring up and a mini bus collects you back and your car is ready to collect and yes it is parked in an enclosed area. Will use again

Just got off our cruise at southampton and collected our, had been safely stored inside, this is the first time weve used this company, highly recommend this company and their customer service. Excellent service.It was rather busy when we arrived as a number of cruise ships had come in that day.Within half an hour though we were checked in and on the mini bus with a few other passengers and our luggage.Quick journey to the port and driver lifted off cases.Return involved texting half an hour before leaving ship and meeting by the blue flag where the driver was waiting.Another text to say en route ensured our car was waiting on arrival.
