Crammed into a taxi outbound with 2 other customers with 8 pieces of luggage - not a good start. The company bus was broken down. On return I text the company 45 minutes before disembarking using phone number provided. Unable to locate pick up point flag in the car park. Discovered eventually by accident as another group of 8 people had been waiting since 7am, it was now 7.25. I rang again to be told their driver was 5 minutes away. At 7.40 we jumped in a taxi at a cost of £15. On arrival car was ready but no care shown at all to our situation. On drive home received a call that we had messaged the wrong phone number and we had stood in the wrong place at the wrong time. Total amateurs. Never again.

I was a little disappointed when I…
I was a little disappointed when I arrived at the drop of point, there was very little room to park, however the young lady who attended to our booking was very friendly and efficient, there were other people waiting to board the minibus, things got a bit chaotic and we eventually got to the terminal after dropping off at other wharfs. On return things ran like clockwork, so in all mixed feelings and will probably use again. A new company needs bedding in! Good luck for the future 👍

This is the second time we have used this company, very efficient and friendly. Easy hand over of car, cases were put in minibus. Arrived at the port within 15 mins. Quick pickup after cruise.

So convenient and supportive.
Having missed out on our normal parking service we read about SCPS and decided to use them as a late alternative We drove directly to their parking site after an horrendous journey, arriving rather later than planned. The staff were immediately calming and supportive, swiftly loading our luggage into their shuttle van. We were given full written instructions as to our return procedure as well. I think the most appealing services are that parking is undercover as opposed to exposure to the sea air and seagulls! Also SCPS take a full video of your car as a record of the car's condition. SCPS are also the only company allowed pick-up flags at the port making it easy to locate on your return. .My car was awaiting us on our return where SCPS loaded our luggage into it An all round good service which I would happily use again

The second time I have used them would not use anyone else now fast service friendly staff was only disappointed that I couldn't get my car washed as the washer was on holiday but how it goes we all like our holidays,😎
