This is my third time booking a holiday with these guys. Sammy was very professional, extremely helpful and quick to reply to all my questions. Book your next holiday with ST, highly recommend it, they always provide a 5* service!

Kunal was excellent.very helpful and patient.He stayed on the phone checking the flights for reasonable prices.will definitely only book through kunal for my holidays to India. Only issue was that the price which kunal gave me was different from what I got the next day from another agent and he was unable to change it and I ended up paying more however overall was a good experience.

We have booked trip to Thailand and service provided by Amanda was exceptional.

Aarti is the person who assisted me through out the process. She was friendly. Also the option of paying deposit to lock the price of flight tickets is the best option and most convenient. Along with that the price is reasonable.

I would give them a minus ten review if I could. They are useless, unhelpful and their staff is foul kf scammers who cheat/ truck you out of thousands- by continually saying’ thst payment did not go through, can you give another card number?’ I still try to get nearly £2,000 back from them. Then they had the cheek to phone me and say ‘We are go you refund, click on the link,( which expires in 1 minute, confit our Debit card details!’

Quick and efficient friendly service. Price was reasonable love the fact that I can pay in installments without any extra charges. Harleen was very quick gave me the best option as well. Will recommend to others too

Anish is an absolute rockstar. we had a last minute cancellation with the airline we booked directly with. I got in touch with Anish and he set us up with complete new itineray during the busy holiday period. He also went out of his way to ensure the flights were what we needed given we were travelling with young children. I can't recommend them enough and specifically Anish.

Keshav from Sales Team is the absolutely best in the business. My family is booking a holiday to the Maldives. We are 4 siblings each with family and our parents. All individuals want something different he was able to deal with every individual and accommodate every request of ours. Not only did he spend countless hours on the phone and many emails back and forth. He also understood my personal circumstances considering my new born baby’s first birthday is close by our travel dates. He went the extra mile to request the hotel to do something special for my baby girl, as well as advice us on which airlines are best to travel with a baby and inform the airlines for a bassinet. Keshav is simply the best Travel Sales Consultant I have ever had the pleasure in over 15 years.

Used many time to book flights at cheapest rate. Once I had issue with travel insurance. They quickly resolved my request.

Having been a loyal client for over 10 years, I have never had to go anyway else. However this time round I was quoted a price over the phone, got a hugely inflated quote via on line, so was not convinced that my loyalty was really valuable. My sale executive was able to resolve the situation to an extent, however it was out of his hands as to how much, which is a shame. I felt like a number rather than a client.

Southall Travel have been my go to travel agent time and time again. I recently returned from my trip from Dubai and I have now booked with them again. I was greeted by Nathan and all I can say is that this individual was extremely professional, very helpful and patient. He went out of his way to furnish me with the information for my trip and he fulfilled all my requests and never was I forced with time constraints because of price changes. I would only use Nathan to book my travel here on. Thank you so much for your help and assisting me and my family.
