Nathan booked my Koh Samui holiday for me this week. He is responsive , helpful, competent and very reliable. He talked me through the Southall Travel booking process with real clarity and patience. He answered all my questions clearly and his written communication is clear and concise. He also always delivers on deadlines- if he says he is going to do something by a certain time it happens . This means you never have to chase. To summarise, Nathan has excellent customer service and I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone seeking to book a holiday.

I must mention my wonderful experience I had from Ruchika your senior travel consultant. She suggested so many options to choose from for my travel to Chennai from London and back from Delhi to London.

He helped me a lot by giving me a lot a of options. He was very friendly and patient.

Arrived in Abu Dhabi with two children and Southall Travel have over booked the hotel and currently no where to sleep and shocking customer service trying to get it resolved. Promises of calling us back and no one does snd currently no accommodation for next 6 nighrs having paid thousands to Southall Travel with written confirmation that everything is booked.

We booked our stay very quickly and efficiently with the help of Jacob! He was amazing!!!

I would like to give a special mention… I would like to give a special mention to Ishaan from the Delhi branch of Southall travel. While in India I had to head back to the UK due to an emergency and wanted to change my return flight to earlier on Virgin. Although we managed to get a seat in an earlier flight, it was prohibitively expensive. On seeing my distress , he was sympathetic and he managed to get me a seat on a cancellation on Air India for half the price. Date of experience: October 10, 2024

Sanjay from Southall Travel was my agent and supported my requests for arranging my dream holiday to Kerala,India as a solo traveller. He organised and arranged everything based on what I wanted to experience He was patient,professional and above all kind.He was easy to speak to and helped me with all my queries quickly. I had a disappointing experience with Southall Travel. I booked my trip through Patricia, and our transfer took us to the wrong hotel, wasting an entire day of our vacation. For the price we were paying, every minute counts, and it was incredibly frustrating to lose that time. To make matters worse, there was no compensation offered for their mistake. I expected better service from a travel agency and cannot recommend Southall Travel based on my experience.

First time booking through southall travel but Sammy was very helpful, no pressure to book and happy to check variations when requested. Found the best price for me!

Max is the most friendly person ever I have come across. He answered my questions and was so patient with me, I am not an easy person and max dealt with me honestly his customer service is 100/100. I rang him so many times in one day asked questions and he would happily help with a smile on his face. There is no words to explain how much of a good person he is. I will definitely call him again if I need any kind of booking he kept my booking till the 48 hours before we fly where as any where else you lose your deposit if not paid within a certain time. He is a credit to your company and he really needs to be appreciated. Credit is due where it’s owed. Thank you so much max for all your help over the last month.
