This is a critical review. My parents had an unfortunate experience with this company. For better assurance, I recommend booking directly with the airline. I am very disappointed with this company's service. I have concerns regarding potential fraudulent activities by some employees in their Indian call center using customer details. When I contacted Southall Travel to investigate on behalf of my parents, they informed me that they have over 1,000 employees and could not take specific action but provided an email address for inquiries. While they are efficient in processing payments, they do not appear to take responsibility for the actions of their employees. Thanks to BA. After I explained the situation, they kindly provided a £500 discount. However, still had to pay £2,200 for the new tickets.

Anish is a brilliant guy always extremely helpful. Extremely patient and absolutely prompt on his calls. I have been dealing with him for my travel tickets for the past so many years and he is always very kind and co-operative. Good luck to you Anish and lucky is Southhall Travels to have such a brilliant employee.

This is a 0 star review . This company is a disgrace . They have thieves working in their Indian call centre , who steal your details and commit fraud. When you contact southall travel to investigate they reply,they have over 1000 workers and can’t do anything and give you an email address for enquiries. They are quick to take your money but never responsible for there employees dastardly acts.

Amaan helped me to book a family holiday to the Maldives. He was extremely helpful and informative, ensuring that we get the most out of our trip. He also assured me that we can contact him if we face any issues whilst on our holiday. Felt very looked after and I highly recommend Amaan!

Always used Southall travel and not encountered issues before until now when our airline cancelled and rescheduled our flights outside of school holidays. Whilst previous 3 travel agents at Southall Trave contacted were unhelpful and rude, however when contacted by Parker Senior Travel Consultant, he was professional, honest and excellent communicator. He was calm, listened and helped rebook our flights according to our needs. Really appreciate it and the excellent service provided by Parker.
