Having been a loyal client for over 10 years, I have never had to go anyway else. However this time round I was quoted a price over the phone, got a hugely inflated quote via on line, so was not convinced that my loyalty was really valuable. My sale executive was able to resolve the situation to an extent, however it was out of his hands as to how much, which is a shame. I felt like a number rather than a client.
