We needed urgent booking for Saudia from London. I rang Southall Travels. This young man named CONOR, was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. Abysmal - booked a holiday and made full payment. 4 days later they called back saying the hotel was full and they needed to cancel the booking. Shockingly unprofessional.

Jokers never told me about a 3 hour stopover in Bangkok where I can’t even get off the plane! Considering I book quite a few flights with them a year. Never again. I ve been mis sold my ticket so I will do a charge back on my credit card Have you seen their replies? Basically in the majority “we don’t care”,

William is our travel consultant and he has helped to tailor make our holiday for us, with attention to detail throughout the booking. He has listened to all of our needs and accommodated whatever we have asked for.

Honestly, I’m not the to write reviews but William is an absolute legend when it comes to planning our holidays. From Dubai to Mauritius to now Qatar. William is so knowledgeable which is very useful when you’re indecisive with me. The stress off planning a trip of 11+ people and 18+ people can make me want to cancel it altogether but with his calmness he just takes it all away. Would definitely and will definitely continue to recommend!
