Very bad

I had a disappointing experience with Southall Travel. I booked my trip through Patricia, and our transfer took us to the wrong hotel, wasting an entire day of our vacation. For the price we were paying, every minute counts, and it was incredibly frustrating to lose that time. To make matters worse, there was no compensation offered for their mistake. I expected better service from a travel agency and cannot recommend Southall Travel based on my experience.
