Horrible Customer Service

I have sent a dozen or so emails regarding missing items from my order. I had 1 response asking for photos. I sent what they requested and it took another 4 or so weeks for a response, asking me to correspond with that certain person. I have sent half dozen follow up emails and to date have not had a response. I just want my 1 bottom cushion piece and 4 arm covers that I ordered. AT LEAST A RESPONSE TO AN EMAIL WOULD BE A GREAT PLACE TO START. I give the customer service a ZERO for stars as they seem to care less once they’ve taken my money.
