The covers were easy to order, they came quickly and fit perfectly. The covers exceeded my expectations!

Customer service is terrible they have hung up on me several times. Getting their attention is next to impossible unless you are buying their product. Im more upset by the way they ignore me. not a very well run company.

Their product comes from China and takes over two weeks for delivery. I am not satisfied with the product and they are not providing me with a return shipping label. Total scammers. DO NOT BUY.

I received my sofa covers and was very pleased with the product and delivery times. I was really pleased with the customer service department with the assistance they gave me in helping order the correct size. The covers arrived and they look wonderful. I think my dog enjoys them more than I do. I will definitely be ordering another set.

We received our couch covers, including arm rests, from Soothing Home and are very very pleased with them....they enhance our couches and chairs!!! The covers are easy to put on and they stay in place when our dogs try to mess them up. There was a question about our original order and Jennifer, the Customer Service person, was so nice and helpful. The problem was resolved and we received exactly what we wanted. We would highly recommend SoothIng Home!!!

They fit the sofa perfectly. Received within the dates was told. Very soft and does protect it from our cats and dog.

Covers did not fit our cushions. Wrote in I'd like to return and refund. Initially received a response but I have written back several times and not heard from anyone. Poor customer service and now we are stuck with covers that don't fit.

I like that the covers work well with keeping my dogs off the actual cushion covers. They wash well, so far. However, they do not fit as well as expected. Even though I bought a larger size to make sure they would fit, they still do not fully fit my cushions. I have been able to make them work but I don't think I would purchase them again. I would still recommend them to others who may have a different type of furniture than I have.

Love how well the covers look on my oversized chairs. Immediately gave my family room more of an interesting look. Love the many colors available. Went with the Cypress Green and could not be happier.

Initially ordered the seat covers for a new expensive couch. Received them, they fit perfectly and look great. Then ordered back covers and arm covers. Am very pleased with the quality of the product. Am thinking about ordering another color to change look when washing is required on current set.

It fits the recliner very well. Seat cushion pulls out some but overall we are happy with it and will be ordering another soon.

The product is just as advertised. Even looks better in person. I used a seat to cover my ottoman. I love it so much I’m ordering 5 more to do my couch and love seat. LOVE IT!!!

Let me start by saying I love the product. The first delivery was incomplete, only 3 of 6 items arrived. I emailed customer service. They replied within a day and shipped the additional items shortly thereafter. I am a happy customer.

I have a very active terrier mix who likes to jump on and off the furniture during play time. With Soothing Home sofa and recliner covers, my furniture is being saved by her sharp nails. She also loves to chew on her toys on the couch, so I don't worry about her saliva anymore. Bonus: the beautiful blue colors of the covers gave my living room a nice "face lift" with softer & more attractive colors than the furniture's brown colors. The covers are also holding up wonderfully!

If I could give them zero I would. It's been almost a month since i've ordered. Still Don't have my items. They never answer their customer service number. This company sucks don't order anything from them.

Nice fabric, construction, fit, washes no problem. Dog loves it We took ours when traveling to place on sofa in rental as well as using at home.

Great product

I love these covers!! I ordered 2sets in 2 different colors. I really loved the color coffee but didn’t care for the Jade White. They very kindly exchanged mine for the coffee without any issues. Theses fit so well and don’t move around. I’m planning on going back and ordering the arm covers.

My order came early and I am so happy with the quality!! The fit is just perfect and the color is exactly what I was hoping for!
