Bad Customer Service
If I could give a zero I would. I placed an order for two sofa cushions covers and 4 arm covers. I received my order but the arm covers did not fit as expected. I contacted the company and told them I would like return the arm covers and they proceeded to tell me what I needed to do for my refund. I had to 1. Provided a picture of all 4 washing labels on all 4 arm covers. 2. Provide a picture of all 4 bar codes from the arm covers. 3. Provide a picture of all 4 clear bags. I sent all this information to them and they stated they only received one photo so I sent them again. After going back and forth on getting shipping instructions and on my refund they offered me 50% on my arm covers when I should have been given 100% refund and to keep the covers. I didn’t want the covers, I just wanted my refund. It finally got to the point where I told them to keep my money and I left it at this. I guess being a senior on a fixed income didn’t matter to them. I highly doubt not recommend these products due to the unprofessionalism of Customer Service.
