Soothing Home

I have gotten a dog, so protecting my furniture was important. I have a beige sofa, but didn’t want that color as it would show the dirt. I ordered gun metal gray, to match my decor, which matches perfectly. The covers are sturdy and wash nicely. Three things prompted me to rate covers and experience a 4. 1. I had to call to receive notification about when to expect my order. Customer Service rep was awesome and sent me a link. 2. My dog can pull off the cover. I think if they were just a little bigger, with tighter elastic, it might help. 3. I wasn’t sure how the arm covers were going to attach to the sofa arms, but they can with little curly cue attachments that I’ve used with bed skirts, so that was helpful. I wished the arm covers were a little longer to cover the whole arm.

These covers are great. They fit perfect and never come off.

Well, I love the product, but I have returned an item and I need a replacement and it’s been a really long time. I’m getting responses, but nothing about my return amount and the exchange that I need. It’s now September and I ordered these or got them at the end of July.

ordered two sets as I have fur babies, came fast and are very easy to put onto my small sectional. Very comfortable and soft.

These work exactly as they should. Highly recommend.

The color of the covers I bought just would not work on the couch. They were not tight fitting on the cushion, I would have had to straighten them just as I would a blanket or something else. Asked for a return 3 days after receiving product. After several back and forth emails I got a label. 7 days later no word and still waiting.

First, the good. Easy to put on and take off. Look nice. Wash up quickly and nicely. Stay put. Block hair and dirt in general. The not so good. I notice when I take them off for laundering that grit and dry dirt is on the cushion underneath, evidently because it is going through the covers. Also, hair and grit can still fall between the cushions. I have to vacuum thoroughly after I take the covers off to have my sofa be clean.

The only problem I came across is the size the one's I got are a little big but I can fix it and it gives me another excuse to buy more I love that I can change it up and they have really good prices

I love the color and the material is soft. My sectional looks beautiful and I'm saving up to get another color lol

No star. Absolute terrible service. Couch covers didn't fit, they refused to process a refund, sent several emails back and forth with excuses. I returned the items, paid for shipping as they wouldn't, and still no refund of the goods or postage. Do not risk shopping with this company, they do not uphold they're returns process.

I had an issue with my order and customer service took it over and promptly fixed it!

I love my purchase! Ran these through a quick wash when they came in and put them on the love seat and chase. I have 2 fur babies and so far they have withstood all these babies have thrown at them! It's been about a month. It took about 10 days to ship, but after going back to the website and actually reading the shipping tab, it clearly stated that. My only regret was not ordering the arm rest covers as well. I'll grab those soon!

I wish I could have used these covers. I did not pay attention that my RV couch does not have cushions that I could wrap the covers over. I think they are worth the money. Here's my kicker....they are returnable BUT they have to be sent to China. I paid $75 for four cushion covers. It would cost me $121 to return them. You can't tell me they cost that amount to SEND them to me. They offered to let me keep them and give a 50% return on my money. I took that and money was refunded within a short time. I would not have ordered them if I knew it would cost so much to return them. I'm very disappointed. I do not remember seeing anything on the website about this.

Had them on my couch for a few weeks now and there pretty good. Their a snug fit, making them easy to vacuum off the dog hair. They look good also.

Amazing product...better than expected. Love these covers!

I advised the email provided for issues that I was missing an item. It's now a month later and no response.

Fit great ! Have animals in the home doesn’t stick to covers

Received product promptly, and they are just OK. Elastic is a bit loosey goosey. Also, product measurements are inconsistent. Only 1 out of 3 back covers fit. Website says easy returns. NOT SO. It has been an absolute pain to return/refund! Responses do not come within 24 hours- as advertised. Additionally, responses are circuitous, i.e., they keep asking questions already answered and rehash previous info so it extends the transaction time. I was also offered- after a few back and forths- the option to keep and just pay 50%. It doesn’t fit! Why would I pay anything for that? When they FINALLY sent return ship label, they said I need to send it on the date they put on the label?!? Which was the next day. Another way they try to get out of refunding. All these tricks are a turn off. There are MANY other companies offering exactly the same product (even same ad pics). Many. I found replacement covers on amazon, where returns are much easier. Still waiting for refund after a month, btw.

My questions were quickly responded to and my problems were fixed right away.
