I love my Sonic pod & got another for my sister. Sadly 1 had a problem but Ava in customer support promptly resolved it under the great warranty. I’m a very happy customer!

I was very skeptical this device would work on my Invisalign retainers. We all know how much they can get after several uses…but, the Sonic Dental Pod worked like a charm to get them back to their original brilliance!

The Sonic Spa is definitely easier than than brushing your retainer (Invisalign in my case), but I'm not convinced that it is any better than my electric toothbrush, except for perhaps the UV disinfectant properties, which in fairness, is a bit of a concern. Having said that, they have a 100 day money back, hassel free guarantee, and after some confusion (I have a common name and got mixed up with someone else), my return experience really was hassel free and the contact at the company was courteous and patient in dealing with me. I would recommend the company for sure.

This is a great product and really cleans and sanitizes my retainer. Shipping took a long time, but I got update emails along the way and am happy with the product.

Item ordered and paid for on 20/02. Received a generic email on 26/02 saying there were delays but then nothing since. I chased the order progress and my enquiry was ignored. After a month and nothing delivered, I left a 1* review describing my experience. Once this review was written the order was immediately shipped and I received responses to my enquiries. All in all I have now received the item which is as described. Painful ordering process however. My order reference: #17275

Ordered 15th February 2024 and still not received item as of 14th March. Last email was 26th Feb promising delivery would be soon and still nothing, 4 emails sent between 5th and 13th with no reply at all, these are scammers please avoid. IN REPLY TO YOUR RESPONSE you are lying as you still haven’t emailed me and my bank is now investigating you.

Order placed 15th February and still not received. Two emails sent requesting an update and promised stock would be received last weekend and my order would be a priority. Still no update and order not despatched. UPDATE Order finally received 20th March, over a month after ordering and following several chasing emails. The product certainly does what it says on the tin and I received extra cleaning tablets due to the inconvenience. Unfortunately I did not get an email advising of the delays until I queried my order. I have since had a number of emails asking me to remove my negative review which I note other UK reviewers have also received. This reflects the 1 star rating. I won’t be ordering again from this company.

YAAAAY it’s arrived!!!! Delays to dispatch were not well communicated, however my Sonic Spa has now arrived, and as promised - IT IS BRILLIANT 🤩 Thank you for adding a surprise gift to make amends for the delays. My retainers are like new again and the product is super easy to use!

my sonic dental cleaner stopped working suddenly which was really annoying but I talked to support and they’re sending me a new one so hopefully it’s all good from there. ava was great, thank you for the help!

The company was communicative about their delayed shipments. Once the product arrived, it was easy to set up and it works great. Also looks sleek.

Still waiting for a refund. I purchased one of the aligner cleaner pods at the end of January which never arrived due to lack of stock. It was agreed on the 22nd February that my order would be cancelled and a full refund processed back to the payment method used. It has now been 11 working days and still I have not received a refund. Sonic dental have ignored the 3 emails I have sent asking for proof that the refund has been processed as understandably I am concerned. I'm hoping this review will generate a response from Sonic Dental and the refund dealt with asap. UPDATE 8th March 2024 - This review did prompt a response from Sonic Dental asking me to take down my review and to tell me that my refund has been processed, however now 12 working days since it was agreed my order would be cancelled and a refund would be issued I still have not received it. Sonic Dentals refund policy clearly states a refund will be received within 10 working days. All Sonic Dental keep saying is it has been issued which I'm now finding hard to believe. At no point have they apologised or even offered to look into the matter! UPDATE 13th March 2024 - I was hoping to update this review to say I finally had got my refund however that is not the case. Yesterday it showed as pending on my account, so I checked first thing this morning that the funds had cleared, however the pending transaction had disappeared and the money still not refunded. I have to say the response from Sonic Dental on this matter has been disgraceful and caused me great distress. They just keep saying over and over again that the refund has been processed. If it has then why has the money not been credited to my account? They refuse to answer the question as to why if my order was cancelled and a refund agreed on the 22nd February did they not process it until the 1st March and that was only after I emailed them asking when I would be receiving the funds. After updating my review on here on Friday 8th March Sonic Dental told me that "they reserve the right to take any legal action we deem necessary to protect the goodwill of the brand." Just to be clear that is quoted word for word from the email I received from Sonic Dental. All I want is my money back. I have now ceased communication with Sonic Dental and will obtain my refund through my credit card provider. I am just thankful that I paid for this order using my credit card.

This little device is amazing! My night guard was pretty nasty. Brushing daily didn’t do much. But after a couple of weeks, it looks almost new! Can’t wait to see my jewelry when I try that. Didn’t give five stars only because it took a month to get the product after ordering.

Absolutely love the sonic dental, It cleans my mouth guard very well. It took almost 2 moths to receive it due to stocking shortages though. But it was worth the wait! Great purchase. My mouth guard looks brand new!

I purchased the Sonic Spa Pro to clean my toothbrush heads, night guard, and retainer as I completed my braces journey! I did lots of research and was happy that I supported a small business. I was a little skeptical of this magic machine but after using it the last 3 weeks on my retainers for Invisalign, I’m totally sold. It cleans them so good so easy. Simple as that.

I was very skeptical. I tried a cheaper competitors from Amazon and sent it back. So, I ordered a Sonic Dental and I honestly thought I would be sending it back too. I used their cleaning tablets and after about 4 days (I used the Sonic Dental cleaner daily), I was blown away by the results. I have no idea how this works, but the results are unbelievable. I highly recommend.

Sonic Dental Pro is so great, it actually removed stains from my appliance that have been on there from metal fillings. I had tried another Sonic dental cleaner and it did not work. If you want a great product buy the Sonic Dental Pro.

Sonic dental gave me a refund when the product was not able to be delivered within my timeline of a month. They were responsive to my concerns so although I can't comment on the appliance, I can confirm that customer service was quick to respond and providecme with a full refund.

Excellent customer service - very efficient and solved my problem quickly!

I was not sure what to expect when I ordered this and am very happy with it. I use it everyday and it keeps my mouth guard clean. The only issue is that it is quite loud when in use.
