Outstanding customer service
I shopped around for a sonic dental spa pro and the sonic dental company had the most competitive price plus really good reviews . I placed my order with them and received email confirmation . I waited a couple of days to hear when my order would be posted as I am going on holiday and wanted to take it with me . I contacted the sonic dental support team via email to enquire when my order would be posted . I received an immediate response from Grace who informed me that unfortunately the colour appliance that I ordered was out of stock and expected to be back in stock either at the end of this week or early next week . Grace then offered me the option of changing my appliance colour to one which was in stock and then she would also expedite my delivery . I took this option and Grace went above and beyond with her customer service as my appliance arrived in less than 24 hours along with some free cleaning tablets for my slight delay in delivery . Outstanding customer service and communication which is such a rare experience these days . I will definitely be recommending this company to my family and friends .
