My car pickup was fast and delivery was smooth. Though there was a last minute price change but the services was great overall.

It took me several days to have the vehicle ready for transport. Leo with Sonic Auto Transportation was patiently helpful with me and very good to explain the process. When the travel time came, Leo was keeping me up to date on the progress. I am very happy with the service.

Thank you to David M for keeping us informed of what was going on with transporting our car from TX to NM.. It was great service, however the car was not picked up on the date it was suppose to be. It was a day late but that was due to uncontrollable circumstances however it arrived on time! During the process, David helped us understand .. This is my 3rd time using Sonic but that was the first time this happened .. Thank you for having great Customer Service & the car being delivered in tact ..

Jeremy was my representative and he was OUTSTANDING. He not only informative he also helped me feel at ease with the entire shipping process. I will be using Sonic the next time I need to ship my vehicle.

Leo was a great communicator and went beyond his responsibility to make sure to have the car transported. I will gladly recommend anyone to Leo for any future car transports.

I canceled this a week in advance meaning they did nothing for me at this point. After that they're now trying to extort $200 from me that was never made clear saying it's hidden in a contract, that I did not even sign. What the contract says if you cancel under 5 business days (i canceled more than 5 business days) that there is a fee yet they're still trying to leverage this. Never once did GRACE FLORES make this clear that there was a cancelation fee. If they pursue it I plan to sue them and report this predatory behavior to the secretary of state. Do not use this vendor. Shady as can be. UPDATE FROM THEIR RESPONSE: They sent me this email this morning. this is wild and highly illegal in California. This is after i told them twice to cancel last week. "This is Sonic Auto Transport's cancellation department contacting you regarding order xxxxxxxx. To proceed with canceling this order, please confirm your cancellation by typing "1". This action indicates that the vehicle is no longer available for pickup. According to our contract terms (not once called out by the rep and the language conflicts with itself making it ambiguous and null), a $200 cancellation fee will apply. For further assistance, please contact us at (530) 648-9063. If we do not receive your confirmation for cancellation, we will proceed with our commitment to fulfill the order as scheduled. The driver will proceed to the pickup location as agreed for the total payment of $1445. Please note, dry run fees in the amount of $1445 will be billed to your address since no vehicle is available for pickup"

I recently used Sonic to help ship a vehicle from the Northwest to Florida. This was the first time I shipped a vehicle. David was extremely responsive and worked hard to find a carrier to meet our time constraints. I would definitely work with David again! Just be advised that the original price quote is only an estimate and actual price may be significantly higher.

I do really appreciate Jeff, who works for this company. He is very knowledgeable, professional and the most important very caring person. This is one of the best company I know and I know a lot of them. As a carrierz we know all the active companies and this Company one of the best. Do not hesitate to call them. Very good people

The original quote was $450, and it ended up being 60% higher costing $725. Pick-up times changed . The car got there and quickly and safely.

Company was reliable, I worked with Leo Alexander and he gave me a fair quote. The final price was slightly higher than what was quoted but he communicated it with me clearly and we were able to negotiate the final price. Car came on time (one day earlier) and in good condition. Would def use again.

Leo was great and the entire process was exactly as I was told. My vehicle was delivered on time and I am very appreciative of the work.

Excellent company to work with. Victor was great Excellent communication through the whole process. Wont charge until vehicle is pickup and then dropped off. Initial quote is low, price will be higher. In my case $150 more for one vehicle. $300 more for other. But Sonic is a broker, it all depends who they can find and what they are willing to do it for. If your not on a time crunch and willing to wait you may get price closer to quote.

I had a good transaction with Olivia Johnson from Sonic Auto Transportation. She called me to see if the driver had called me to arrange the pickup of my vehicle and when it was close to delivery time she called to see if the driver had called me to arrange the delivery. If I told her that I didn’t hear from the driver, she immediately contacted them, and I heard from the driver shortly thereafter. Sonic Auto can’t control every aspect of shipping but the parts that they could control, Olivia made it easy for me and I looked forward to her phone calls. I was able to ship from one ocean to the other ocean for under $1500. Thank you.
