Joe at sonic was great and got it done for me. The only issue i had was the dispatcher spoke little English and driver spoke non so it was very hard to communicate but they got it done.

My original quote was $575 to get my son's car from Wisconsin to his Navy base in Virginia. Because they couldn't find a driver that would pick up in Wisconsin, I received three separate quotes for over $700. This was not in the original pricing..... do not go with this company!

My daughter hired these people to transport her car from Denton Texas to Seattle Washington. She was quoted her something like $800The day they were supposed to pick up her car, The man texted her at 4:30pm he was supposed to be there at 5 and told her they couldn't get it that day. Then they were like… he can come get it tomorrow. She said ok, even though she had a flight to catch the next day. They called the next day and said they can’t do it that day either… so when she said forget it let’s cancel, he wanted her to agree to a cancellation fee via text that also says they were gonna charge her $200. His name was Christian. These ppl are a rip off i don't understand how they have a good rating with the BBB. DO NOT HIRE THEM!

Helping me get my truck from one place to another 3 hours away was made so easy by Sonic Auto Transportation!! They kept in touch till the delivery was done. Was very professional and easy to talk to and deal with. I will definitely use them again!!!

The initial price quote was just made up. I was told $865. Then, once the call went out and drivers started responding, the price immediately went up to $1450. I obviously refused. After some back and fourth, the final price dropped to $1250. $325 more than quoted, I proceeded with the transport order. Once assigned, I was sent the driver's company name and contact info. I tried to call them on multiple occasions but never talked to them. I left messages, sent text and made multiple calls... no response. When they finally showed up 2 days later, they couldn't speak English. Found out the insurance, protecting my vehicle, is from the DRIVER and not the BROKER. WHY DOES THE BROKER GET $250 AND THE DRIVER GETS $1000 (for 2 days of hauling/driving). A bunch of lies from a bunch of foreigners. The only positive is that the vehicle arrived in one piece. Thanks for that.
