I spoke to the dispatch, everything that they actually said was what that I got from them. My car came to me with no problem. He even helped me unlock the door because the auction locked the keys inside of it and I wasnt charge. So it's a good company. I recommend them.

Mateo helped me schedule a car shipment from Charlotte to Detroit and was very accommodating. Rate was competitive and the shipment was very fast — basically overnight. Car was delivered without issues. Driver was a great communicator and gave me a heads up on when the car was coming the following day and also kept me updated on his travel progress. Will use Sonic again.
