John’s service was great, but be prepared for the price to change. I did not read previous reviews until after my transaction was complete, but my experience was just like multiple reviews. Quoted a great price, selected the company and then oh sorry we cannot find anyone to grant that price it’s now increased.

Worked with Robin Vasquez to ship a car from Seattle to Boston. The final cost came in a bit higher than the initial quote due to timing and availability of trucks for our schedule. Robin worked with us to find the most cost efficient option. With some last minute scrambling, we were able to get the car packed and ready for shipping. Car arrived in Boston ahead of schedule although the final delivery location did require some travel to pick up the car due to narrow roads at the intended destination. Vehicle arrived in good condition.

If I could use more stars to rate the service that we received from Sonic I would. This is my first experience of transporting a vehicle and I was very nervous about it. Our car needed to be transported from Ohio to Arizona ASAP. We vetted Sonic with excellent reviews. So we made the call and was contacted by Leo on a Tuesday. He thoroughly explained the transporting process where I could understand and feel at ease. The car left OH on the next day, that Wednesday, and arrived in AZ on that Saturday. Albert Bryant helped me ship my car last minute and i got it within the next 2 days my car was very safe and in good condition. They do charge you extra a bit after you get your car but it’s not a problem if your car is okay!
