We needed a transport for our camper van from Bend, OR to Seattle, WA (~350 mi). Grace from Sonic Auto Transportation did a great job in quickly finding a good driver who was reliable, fast and of course the transport was insured. Grace was also good in communicating updates; the only thing to know is, that the initial "calculated" quote was a low estimate and was quite below the actual final price. But that price was still much lower than other quotes I got. I hope I don't need your service anytime soon, but if so, I would go with you again. Thanks!

Sonic company give you a price and at the last minute they raise the price and they wait for the last moment to tell the customer that the driver cancel the pickup to charge more money about the driver that pick up my car after three days after Sony company raised my payment. The driver did a good job and bring my car saved but don’t believe at the price that they give you

Christian Woods from sonic auto worked diligently to get my vehicle delivered on time and within contract terms. As some may or may not know sonic is a broker working with many different delivery companies. When the actual transport company tried to change delivery times and minimally, amend contract terms, Christian stepped right in immediately And put a stop to that. He is trustworthy and I would use sonic's services again in the future.

Communication throughout the process was excellent—they kept us updated every step of the way, which gave me peace of mind. While it wasn’t true door-to-door service (we met the driver in a large parking lot to better accommodate the truck), that small inconvenience was well worth the cost savings. Compared to other transport services, Sonic offered a much more affordable option without sacrificing quality or reliability. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a cost-effective and professional service.

Tess was very diligent about follow-up and communication. We shipped our SUV from Seattle to Los Angeles. Sonic acts as a broker and does its best to only select highly rated transport companies for you. Our SUV made it safely to the destination and I was able to track the driver location the entire time.
