This was a first for me navigating the auto shipping network. John Gardner was very patient and helpful throughout the process. He was super responsive making it an easy choice given the plethora of agents that were pursuing me. Plus, he didn’t pummel me with emails everyday like so many of the others. The car arrived earlier than expected and without issue. The driver was at my house maybe 10 minutes max! If ever necessary, I’d definitely use John/Sonic again.

The service was great! Joseph made sure I got the best price according to my budget. He was very communicative and the driver I was assigned also was on time and handled the vehicle with care.

Anthony and Sonic Auto Transport gave the best customer service I could have asked for. I will not go to anyone else!

My car got to me from NYC to Ohio, at a decent time and price.

Stay away from this company. Especially from Albert Bryan. Quoted 3 weeks ago for $550, the pick up date he told me that quote is estimated only , the real price he can find is $1500-$2000, depends on driver. Thats ridiculous and unacceptable. I feel like scam and getting ripped of. Be aware this company, they will double or triple price on the date of picking up or cant find your driver. Bad bad experience ever.

After a different company cancelled on the last minute of my vehicle pick up, I was scrambling to find another company that can ship my car. Luckily, I found Sonic Auto transportation and worked with Diego who was extremely communicative. He was able to secure a driver for me and get the car shipped within 48 hours. Diego was great!

We had adjust with the price, but they worked it out and got my cards and my my bike to the destination.

Booked on a Monday and my car got here Wednesday, really good communication however they scheduled my pickup before written confirmation which I was a little upset with as I would have had to pay a cancellation fee. Worked out well in the end though, and Harry did help me get the lowest price I could.

Mostly ok but they didn't pick up on original date and I had to make multiple phone calls and chased and finally they pick up on second day
