Excellent service! Jeff made the experience as smooth as possible, communicating throughout the process from locating the driving service, to negotiating a rate that met my budget and timeline. The driver he ended up acquiring, Ivan, was friendly and professional. I would recommend Sonic Auto Transport to anyone needing a vehicle transported.

I used Sonic Auto Transport to move my car from FL to SC. It was an easy process and they were able to meet my request for a next-day pickup. They provided a price range during the first call and were able to meet it. There were no surprises or hidden costs. The car was delivered in 2 days as quoted. I am completely satisfied with the service and would highly recommend for anyone needing to ship a vehicle.

Bait and switch tactics. Was quoted a fair price and broker was unable to fulfill the contract after a week. Kept coming to us with quotes that were double what we agreed to. We were locked into their contract for 5 business days and unable to accept other shippers quotes or we would be charged a cancellation fee. Wasted over a week tied up with this company and they never came through for us. Never again. Response to Sonics response below: So what exactly did I say in my review that is UNTRUE? You gave me a number, you were not able to secure a carrier for that price, I was locked in to a contract or I would have been charged a cancellation fee, I wasted over a week, Just take the L and move on.

Again, i had a wonderful experience using Sonic transportation, they picked my car from Saint Albans VT to Maryland right on time. Harry was really helpful, you can’t go wrong with this transport company. They’re very detailed!

I made a reservation with Sonic 2 months in advance. They found a driver a day after the day the car was suppose to be picked up... it was all very last minute and the cost was double what we originally agreed on!! I had no choice but to go with it as we were heading out of town the next day. It is basically extortion and should be illegal... I would never use them again or recommend them.

Great experience working with Jeff from Sonic! He did everything to make sure I was accommodated and got a 1,500 mile move done for me. With rushed 2 day delivery and no lead time he got it done for $1,850 which was a fair price and very competitive from other quotes I got. Car was well taken care of and showed up no in perfect condition. No shady behavior, no deposits, and no hidden fees. Driver was great to work with as well! Will use again!

Do not sign a contract with this company till you get the final price. They tell you a price and then have you sign a contract so you can't use any other transport. Then they up the price by double once they find a transport company. I had a trip planned and need the car delivered on a certain date. They promised the car would be there. It was and I had to drive 125 miles to go get it. Would recommend everyone to find another company. These guys are very shady!

Nice and honest people

I received great service from Joe Adam. He worked with me to get a new driver when the original carrier did not show up or communicate. He kept updating me on his progress and followed up during the shipment to ensure that my vehicle was delivered on schedule. I would recommend Sonic Auto transportation for shipment needs.

Tyler Ross was great in negotiating the best price for shipping my vehicle from South Carolina to California. He kept me updated as to the status of shipment and made signing documents easy. I received my vehicle in less than a week and the truck driver was courteous and friendly as well. I’d use again and recommend Sonic Auto Transportation, my customer experience was awesome!

My daughter graduated college in CT and we needed to get her car back to TX. Jasmine was great with helping us get this done. She followed up with us and was very responsive throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Quick and reliable service

Overall from Sonic Autos side of the experience, it went well. Landon was helpful in getting me a truck quickly and provided good communication about it. I had to ship across the country and they definitely had the best price I could find, around $1500. It was a little higher than the initial quote, but I was able to get it picked up earlier than previously expected. The reason why I can’t give 5 stars is because once the broker that picked up my vehicle was on their route, it was kind of radio silence, and the communication I did get was all over the place. I was told multiple times that it would be “arriving tomorrow” but then told the next day it will be “arriving tomorrow”. There were many delays, and again, I know it’s hard to pinpoint a date when going across country, but I wish they wouldn’t have continued to string me along on the delivery date without providing any information about the cars actual location. And some attempts to get answers went completed ignored. Again, I know this isn’t on Sonic Auto as a whole, but I think they should make an effort to work with companies that have a better system/communication, as it will provide and easier experience between all parties involved. All in all I am still pleased, my car arrived safely from its open carrier, it’s just that the delivery took an extra week from the initial estimate I received. Thank you.

Sonic Auto Transport really stepped up and helped me get my vehicle moved with a short window to work with. Harry took care of me from start to finish using total professionalism and a calm demeanor. Without Sonic I would not have gotten my vehicle moved in that short time frame. I highly recommend Sonic Transport to move your vehicle in a timely and fair manner. 5 stars guys, much appreciated.

I am satisfied with the delivery. The only thing that need to be improved is the communication from the drivers to the customers at both pick up and delivery ends. They should communicate directly with the customers regarding the time frame of the pick up and drop off. It will make the customers feel safe and valued when the drivers coming to their door or properties.
