Stefan Davis was a great help. Delivery was great. The driver was communicative and on time. Only downside was there was a slight increase in price of service from the original quote.

This company was great. The price was affordable, delivery time was phenomenal, and Stefan helped me get the best rate, along with having good communication throughout the process. Would recommend this place to others!

This company quoted me one amount, we signed a contract, then they jacked up the price at the very last minute. I needed my car so I was forced to sign a new contract rather than fight the cancellation fee and find a new vendor. In response to the business reply - that is simply untrue. Not once did a representative say the price could exceed the quote and the contract gave a line for "total cost", not "estimate". When I made that clear to the business, they changed the wording in the contract to say "final total cost".

In my experience with Sonic Transportation, I successfully transported my 23-t bucket to Michigan through their services. My personal contact was Robin, and I found the entire process to be highly professional and effective. The sole significant concern I encountered was that the broker initially provided a quote of $500, while the carriers wanted $775. Ultimately, I decided to proceed with the service. I strongly advise individuals to thoroughly verify the information provided by both the broker and the carrier to prevent any potential misunderstandings. The carrier I utilized exhibited exceptional professionalism throughout the process. They meticulously documented the entire journey with photographs, ensuring that my vehicle arrived at the destination in pristine condition. It is essential to recognize that the quote received from the broker may not accurately reflect the actual cost incurred with the carrier. By the time the delivery is scheduled, it is often during the fourth quarter, and individuals may feel compelled to proceed with the service despite any reservations. In retrospect, there should be greater accuracy with brokers and carriers regarding their quotes.

Originally I was using Shipwit to transport my vehicle and I found that company to be very unresponsive. Getting information about my vehicle's ship status was like pulling teeth. Then after ten days I switched to Sonic Transport it was like a 180. Jeff, my agent with Sonic, was great. He was quick to response and very proactive. He had my vehicle under contract in one day and transported in 3 days.

Sonic Auto Transportation did a great job transporting my 2 vehicles from Kentucky to Florida. Albert Bryant was my point of contact and he went above and beyond getting everything arranged for this transport from finding a driver to making sure the cars were picked up when I needed them to be picked up to the delivery of the cars in my driveway. The Customer Service is horrible. Jeff was the one who was supposed to get my car shipped to me & he had a bad attitude. At first he told me that I’d only have to pay $375 then the next day which was the day it was supposed to be picked up & delivered but it didn’t get delivered til that next day anyways he said it’ll be $750 since nobody wanted to do it for $375 but I told him I’d only pay $550 then all of a sudden he found somebody else to do it for that amount but before the agreed amount when he told me it’ll be $750 I said I want to cancel everything & he said it’ll be a $200 cancellation fee smh so we just agreed to $550 but they did pay $100 towards the shipping fee because the driver dropped it down to $650 but when i told Jeff I’d only pay $550 he said they’d pay $100 towards it so that’s the only reason I gave them 2 stars. He switched drivers twice & The person who delivered had his wife with him & was driving a regular pick up truck that sounded like it was about to break down & he had my car on a trailer, I thought a bigger truck with a bigger trailer like the ones with 3 or 4 rows was going to deliver it they made it seem like it would be like that & they couldn’t speak English so they had to call the dispatcher to translate. I won’t ever go thru a vehicle shipping company ever again because it’s all a scam to get them more money smh. Btw Jeff told me to leave a review saying his mom is undergoing surgery & that he’s trying to take any cent from his company which pays bonus for reviews I guess he thought I’d lie because of that which might not even be true.

My experience with Sonic was excellent. They picked up my vehicle at the exact time they said they would. The driver was courteous and respectful. Sonic gave me advance warning when my car would be at the drop off location. If you are looking for a reasonable and dependable company, look no further.
