I am someone who never completes surveys because they’re generally rigged against the person you’re trying to give a good rating to, but I’m making an exception in this case because with all the shady auto transport people out there I feel that it’s important when you find a good one to make sure that they do well and stay in business and weed out the bad actors. My experience with Sonic and Tess the sonic representative was 100% positive. She was very responsive. The price was fair. The service was picked up a little later than expected, but Only a slight inconvenience and understandable. My car arrived on time in good condition and I would recommend this service to anyone.

I needed a vehicle towed across state lines at the last minute due to transportation issues at the dealership. Jeff got my quote and service scheduled very quickly, and my vehicle was picked up within a few hours and delivered the next morning. Very happy with the driver, the dispatch and the service provided.

I have had several vehicles shipped over the last 5 years due to job relocations. I have to say this was by far the easiest company to coordinate with, easy transaction. The driver was punctual meeting with my point of contact on pick up. He kept in constant communication with me to let me know when my vehicle would be delivered. I highly recommend!

I had to have a car moved and they were really accommodating for me when it took a week longer than expected, however it ended up being a little more than the original price, by 175$, but they got the car THAT DAY and I had it the next day! Very nice people to deal with, but for the bigger cost, I took away a star.

This company did an awesome job understanding the situation. They were honest and fair, without price gouging to get more money from the customer. We had a very good experience with them and will definitely use them again in the near future!

Tess stayed in contact with me and provided a driver on time to move my car from Alabama to North California. Driver didn’t speak much English but did an excellent job and delivered the vehicle a day ahead of schedule. I’m quite satisfied!

Came to our rescue! On 2/21, headed to Hampton GA from Kissimmee FL our car’s transmission decided to go out leaving us stranded in Perry GA. We were able to get into a hotel but were left with the dreaded task of what to do with our car and repair and also how we were going to get around. It was a lot to figure out. We opted to take a it to a shop to get it checked out but almost everyone was closed and the one that was open said they couldn’t look at it until the following week. We tried our insurance companies roadside and was quoted over $3k to get it back to Kissimmee. Then the tow truck guy said $1500. We were in a rough spot. So I looked up transport options. I got guys from some sketchy ones but looked on BBB and found Sonic. Luke helped me out from the beginning and assisted me the whole way. He had a guy out the same day to pick it up and deliver by the next morning (Sunday). Sherman was my transporter and he remained in contact with me as well. Even sending pictures when the delivery was completed. It was so easy and they really helped ease a lot of the stress I had going on from the whole situation. I couldn’t believe it was that easy. And at a fraction of the cost if I were to have used another available option. I’m already looking at a new transmission, I don’t need extra expenses. But my car was safely handled and delivered to its destination. I cannot recommend this company enough. Especially with Luke. He will take care of you and the process is so easy. You will not be disappointed. Thanks guys for everything.

What a great over all experience car was picked up at the pick up location in Florida on time and made it to drop off location in Nevada 2 days earlier then expected. Strongly recommend if anyone is in need of an auto transport.
