Paul Carter was extremely helpful and made the transportation of my vehicle very smooth. Sonic Auto Transportation was cost effective, but more importantly the communication through the process and status updates were very useful. The car made it on time and safe which was great. The issue is the price was changed last minute and needs to be addressed. Get the price straight first before you put me on the line last minute. The improper quotes are terrible.

needed my shipped 225 miles, was quoted $275.00, great price, the day that they were scheduled to pick up the car they call me and say the driver was having problems with his truck and they would find another driver which they did, $675.00 I had no choice be the car need to be moved the day that they told me they would pick it up. total rip-off, do not trust them

I needed my Tundra hauled to Wisconsin in short notice. Sonic has a great website, and they are easy to interact with, and they always respond. Jeff Buckley is especially good at finding you a hauler and seeing the process through.

I had my vehicle transported from Orlando, Florida.and Tess Rodgers gave me a Good price, compared to other companies.....It took 2 days and my vehicle was here.The Driver brought my vehicle right up to my driveway so I could inspect it.Awesome job Sonic!!!!

I had a great experience with Sonic. I’ve shipped cars 4 times now between states and Sonic was the easiest and most professional and at a reasonable price. I’ve been scammed by a couple of cheaper companies who simply don’t show up when I needed it (which is painful when you need to move on a certain date) or tried to charge a lot more at the last minute because they think they can. So cheap isn’t an option because it doesn’t end up that way. I needed same day pick up in Texas for delivery in CA. John Ortega at Sonic was honest, courteous and professional from the start, everything went as planned, great communication from the beginning, updates en route and plenty of notice for delivery. The car was unharmed, the dispatch was wonderful, driver was nice and Great experience overall. I’d recommend Sonic and I’d use them again for sure.
