The Customer Service is horrible
The Customer Service is horrible. Jeff was the one who was supposed to get my car shipped to me & he had a bad attitude. At first he told me that I’d only have to pay $375 then the next day which was the day it was supposed to be picked up & delivered but it didn’t get delivered til that next day anyways he said it’ll be $750 since nobody wanted to do it for $375 but I told him I’d only pay $550 then all of a sudden he found somebody else to do it for that amount but before the agreed amount when he told me it’ll be $750 I said I want to cancel everything & he said it’ll be a $200 cancellation fee smh so we just agreed to $550 but they did pay $100 towards the shipping fee because the driver dropped it down to $650 but when i told Jeff I’d only pay $550 he said they’d pay $100 towards it so that’s the only reason I gave them 2 stars. He switched drivers twice & The person who delivered had his wife with him & was driving a regular pick up truck that sounded like it was about to break down & he had my car on a trailer, I thought a bigger truck with a bigger trailer like the ones with 3 or 4 rows was going to deliver it they made it seem like it would be like that & they couldn’t speak English so they had to call the dispatcher to translate. I won’t ever go thru a vehicle shipping company ever again because it’s all a scam to get them more money smh. Btw Jeff told me to leave a review saying his mom is undergoing surgery & that he’s trying to take any cent from his company which pays bonus for reviews I guess he thought I’d lie because of that which might not even be true.
