My driver was Jacob I have used sonic 3 times and it has been pleasant I did have 1 issue at my last transport but the company fixed it right away. Sonic is amazing and well worth the price. Due to an unforeseen emergency, my husband and I had to fly from our rental home in Arizona to Michigan and had a very short time to arrange to get our car shipped home. Jesse Madison was super helpful in arranging for that in a timely manner. He was professional, courteous and patient with me during this stressful time. He answered my calls and when he wasn't available, he returned them immediately. I would recommend Jesse to anyone I know who may need this type of service in the future.
They were late picking the car up. They delivered the car fine. But I am not satisfied with my experience with Sonic. Incredibly disappointing with the last second change of trucks and then making me pay $300 more. I felt cheated and will never recommend your company. Marty.

The representative that helped me through the process was David and he helped me through the process with the info and and the estimates and overall I’m glad everything went well. Also, this was a good company to do business with because they made everything run smooth compared to other companies I had asked for an estimate from. This was also my first time needing a transportation service and would recommend other people to choose Sonic Auto Transportation. Everything went well and they arrived on the estimated date of arrival.
The final cost was 2X what was originally quoted. Due to time constraints it was too late to find a different carrier. The rest of the experience was very good. The driver was extremely nice and my car arrived safely within the timeline agreed upon.

It took a little longer than anticipated but they came through at about the original price Copart had quoted.The truck had a snow plow on it which created a problem but arrive great shape.
Worked with Robin Vasquez as the shipping agent. Smooth experience to get a trucker. Reasonable price. Though a small hiccup at the end —- the scheduled delivery was supposed to be on Saturday but the truck was stuck en route, and had to take an extra day for it to get delivered. It was a little stressful at the end but we managed to make the delivery work
